Location was perfect. The beach was a few minutes walking distance. Publix grocers right across the street. The owner was easy to deal with and any issues were dealt with asap. Overall, I would definitely visit again.

Great location for groceries, CVS, Dunkin, Dollar Tree, BEach, Commercial Blvd.Beware that the photos were taken the day it was last painted, doesnt look like that anymore. Main door lock is nearly impossible to turn the key in, Water damaged walls at entrance, Laundry facility is FILTHY, I had to clean my own windows , Couch is terrible. Garbage collection was spotty...some days piles of bags left out of cans, smelled.
