Excellent property. Location was in good proximity to beach, restaurants and a supermarket.
Be fore warned there is a strange lady with a spy camera on the shared courtyard.

Location was exceptional for the value. Nice outside sitting table in a garden-like setting. Bulk toiletries and premium bath towels in the bathroom were appreciated. Free parking was convenient at the door.
More than 5 lightbulbs were out. I had to repair the bathroom sink plunger. Both these issues suggest irregular maintenance. The inside of the bedspread had blood stains on the left side of bed. Since there is no bedroom closet, we purchased a hanger to hang our clothes. Though a full kitchen, only minimal dishes/flatware so paper plates were purchased -- there really is no need for a dishwasher as the 2 plates provided have to washed after each meal. Stove needs a potholder. Beach towels would be nice. In the bedroom, the locked door leading to an apparent storage area has a gaping crack under the door, so a door sweep is needed. Found a car key fob in the living area, messaged the host several days before our departure but never received a response
