Fantastic location and clean. Lovely fabric and soft furnishings. Carefully thought out and a well equipped kitchen - eating in saved us a lot of money while we were there. Great base for Lifeboat Weekend.
Very dirty frying pan in one of the cupboards - a new frying pan is needed. The outside of the property would benefit from a spruce up. A badly broken and rusted bench needs replacing, removal of rubble and a lick of paint on the door and letter box would really help its overall appearance.

Beautiful comfy cottage in perfect place
Unfortunately the milk holder on the fridge door fell of and cracked when we opened the fridge door. We reported this straight away

Near beach shops pubs art centre museum
Front door and front of the house was covered in seagull poo.
There was a collapsed wooden bench outside the house.
There were dirty marks all over the double bedroom door, the oven was dirty and cushions had blobs of an unknown substance on them.
The rug in the lounge was a trip hazard and the shower tiles were stained brown.
Check in was far too late and check out too early. I had to ring on the day of travel to get key code and walking directions to the house. My request for earlier check in was declined.

The location.
The property was cold on arrival. And although we got the bedrooms warm, the lounge was constantly cold. Sat with blankets around us.
There was no hot water and the shower head needed descaling.
No toilet roll. Luckily in time to buy some from the store.
