House in an ideal position and parking a bonus. Liked the house had a washer which helped massively as the weather was mediocre so had to wash children's warmer clothes.

Washer but no clothes horse or ironing board. So difficult to dry the clothes with wet weather. Advertised with a garden which is a driveway. Which isn't fenced off which makes it difficult when travelling with a dog.

The communication with the hosts was fantastic throughout. The cottage was very well equipped, was very homely and comfortable and very spacious and clean. It is in an excellent location and a great base for Staithes and surrounding areas.

This is a very small thing but the only thing we would suggest would be a 4 slice toaster.

Comfy and clean cottage with added bonus of on site parking

Comfortable and clean, light and airy, well equipped. Walking distance from harbour with parking (which is a bonus in a village which has very little). Good clear communication from owner.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location.

Loved the location of the cottage at the top of the bank in Staithes. Beautiful view out of the back bedroom as the sunsets. Great restaurants and beautiful long walks if that is your thing. The cottage had some great games for families - we didn’t use them but a great touch nonetheless.

We had no hot water for over 24 hours, the shower was very cold and the heating gave out minimal heat meaning the house was cold on a night time. I would still return though.
