Appartamento ampio in palazzo signorile. Posizione eccellente rispetto al centro città e alla Promenade des Anglais.

No air conditioning but can understand with an older building. There were fans in each room

Large spacious apartment close to sea front and restaurants
The noise from the nightclub on the ground floor was terrible (until 4am) and meant sleeping with ear plugs in and all the windows closed. No air conditioning so must be a nightmare in hotter weather. You need to pay a Euro 800 deposit and take photos on arrival and departure. Generally a lot of effort for the guest.
