BEDROOM:
The room consists of a comfortable Queen size bed and many practical storage.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen has the necessary equipment such as: fridge, hob, washing machine, kettle, microwave.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bidet, WC and is also equipped with a hairdryer.
There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings. The shuttle to the airport transfer is nearby.
The city offers many self-service bicycles (blue bicycles), allowing you to drive easily in the city center.
A station is 300 meters from your apartment.
The train station is a few minutes walk.
Nice airport is only 15min drive away.
Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

The personal service, the kindness, and when I had a problem with the water, somebody came along within an hour, which was of great help.

Tout était parfait. L'emplacement, l'appartement, la proximité de la conciergerie animée par une équipe de jeunes gens dynamiques et courtois.Rien à redire. J'ai aimé en outre le service de taxi personnalisé lors de mon arrivée et lors de mon départ. Bravo!
