About this apartment rental
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Facade renovation work is scheduled to begin in September 2026 and will last for at least three months. Scaffolding will be erected. Depending on the progress of the work, noise and visual disturbances may occur.
JACARANDA is a flat in the centre of Nice, ideal for a stay with family or friends thanks to its two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Discover its beautiful living room which enjoys plenty of afternoon light and opening onto a balcony, where you'll appreciate the equipped kitchen, living room with television and dining area. There is a bedroom with its own balcony and direct access to a bathroom with shower and toilet. Enjoy a second bedroom with desk area. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator, fully air-conditioned and benefits from a wifi internet connection.
Note: We offer two flats in the same building. For a group stay, please check the availability of JACARANDA and MADAGASCAR for a total capacity of 10 persons.

The apartment was a good size with comfortable furnishings and in a neighborhood full of options for dining and shopping. We loved the location. It was within walking distance from almost everything we wanted to do in Nice and close to the train station for day trips,
The biggest downside was the noise from the work on the building across the way, frequent garbage collection, and morning seagulls. Not much you can do about it and it’s to be expected in a city center. By the sea!
