This cozy apartment on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a residence with security guard will bring you all the necessary comfort for your stay.
You will be seduced by its beautiful sunny terrace overlooking the living room and bedroom, ensuring a high brightness in the apartment and its premium location.

You will be ideally located at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, in the heart of the Golden Square, and only 1min from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.

Bedroom equipped with a double bed with a cupboard, overlooking the terrace.
BATHROOM :
Modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Equipped with a hairdryer and a washing machine.
ENTRANCE :
Large closet with storage space for your suitcases.
Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Hi,Apartment and situated was great.Only negative things was that a part of the dishes was dirty! It was only rinse, not wash. But, we enjoy to stay here. Thank you.Kind regardsMatti H

The terrace

The property is shabby and cheaply decorated and furnished with odd bits of mismatched furniture and could no way be described a luxury or premium, cheap nasty towels provided, wire clothes hangers , the bathroom stank of humid damp as the extract fan does not work and the apartment had probably not been used for a while prior to our arrival, we left the odour eliminators for the next guests! the property screams budget except the price. Whilst the location is great, the owners should spend some money on the place .
