Nice Renting - 3FRANCE - Luxury & Comfort Suite by the Sea & Terrace

Great location, pretty much in the heart of Nice. Super close to the sea — literally just one block away. There are tons of cafés, restaurants, and shops all around, and yet the apartment is in a nice quiet spot. No noise at night whatsoever. The apartment is really spacious. The best part was the shower — it's big and the bathroom in general was great. They have a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and towels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook: a coffee maker, a frying pan, a pot, and plates and cutlery for two. The apartment is tidy, everything works as it should, and the double bed is a good size. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. And, all this at a very interesting price)

Since we only came for a couple of days, it was inconvenient to buy a large pack of tea and sugar for these 2 days. It would have been nice to have a couple of tea bags and some sugar in the room. But overall, we are very happy with the apartment.

Zentrale Lage, Studio neu renoviert, geraumiges Balkon

Gestank von Abfaellen im Treppenhaus, im Studio selbst sehr wenig Raum, kein Tisch, nur 1 Stuhl und Kaffee - Tischlein. Die Kuechenausruestung war sehr minimalistisch

The location is awesome: there are many restaurants and shopping area near and it's close to the beach. We really enjoyed the big terrace and lounge chairs to have a morning coffee and relax in the evening.

A larger bed size would have been nice, but the mattress was good. So overall, we had a good night sleep.

De locatie is goed, als je opzoek bent naar gezelligheid. Aan een straat met verschillende leuke restaurants en barretjes. Ook een supermarkt. Op paar minuten lopen van boulevard en kiezel strand. Ook loop je zo de stad en oude stad in. 15 minuten van station.

Bed heel erg klein met syntetisch beddengoed. Muffe geur, Muffe handoeken. Water in badkamer loopt niet weg. Incompleet en heel sumier keuken inventaris, kapotte stoelen op balkon.
