good value for money, and the location was nice.
the staff was absent, the walls of the room were dirty and the window blinds were broken and so i couldn't block out the sun in the morning.

A well located hotel with all the amenities at affordable price. Koba, the host, was very helpful with my requests.
The rooms need more maintenance. After taking a shower, a lot of water is over the bathroom’s floor.

The owner is the most chilled and helpful person I met in my whole trip of Georgia. We lost an item on the rental car and had to travel far far away to take it back, while we almost gave up on it, he volunteered to drive us to get it back. To be honest we have met so many rude and indifferent Georgians, especially in Tbilisi, but the owner is definitely not one of them. Thanks so much for your help! We are glad we met you on the last day of our trip!
Only minor problems. Our room is facing the street, so sometime there is noisy from the drunkers or vehicles passing by.
Water was coming out from the shower, letting the whole bathroom floor wet.
It was a queen bed but two single bed sheets were given, and the blanket is too small to cover the whole bed.

Lovely helpful staff, clean, good location for tourists
Extremely LOUD. So much noise it's crazy. In the Family apartment you hear EVERY step on the stairs, like if they are walking on your head, and closing of the hotel doors, which needs to be smashed to be closed. This happens all the time. Also the windows are right into a busy road and soundproof quite well, but not enough. You can hear every car and bus passing by clearly, the room shakes a little bit + in Georgia every 5th car is blasting music loud with windows down. This happens all night. Don't book this.
