Локация удобная. По ночам тишина, не смотря на активную стройку. Относительно комфортно. Дружелюбная кошка :)
Необходим косметический ремонт. Стены обшарпаны, засалены (у кровати). Освещение недостаточное (горят 3 лампы из ~15). Балкон и всё что на нём уже с облезшей краской и засохшими растениями в горшках. Много "хлама" в шкафу, старая еда и продукты в пахучем холодильнике, который плохо охлаждает. Уборка была поверхностная, пришлось перемыть ванную комнату и прочистить слив, т.к. вода стояла на полу. Старая посуда, не было кофеварки, варочная панель едва горела. Так же не нашлись пульты от ТВ. Сами апартаменты словно деревянная пристройка, слышны все разговоры за стеной. Похоже, сам дом находится в аварийном состоянии, часть строений снесли и повредили стену, соседняя квартира полностью уничтожена. Каждый день с утра были митинги жильцов с местными новостными агентствами и полицией.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of old town and very quiet at night. The host was nice and responsive. The space is good, there are a few products, foods left there which is nice if you want to make your own food. The bathroom is fine, the shower was good, the bed was comfortable. The price was really good, its spacious enough!
The host was very nice in letting us check-in late, the person that was there to open was less nice. Little light comes in and it could do with a bit of revamp.
