Nice place if you want to experience traditional Georgian vibe. Nice room design. Very convenient location. Comfortable bed. Quite quiet from outside, despite central location.

This is not a hotel but the guest rooms. We have paid for 5 nights because of early morning check in and late night check out. Not a single cleaning has been performed or offered. Bathroom is stinking from the drainage- this is typical issue in Georgia, unfortunately. No curtains, just the blinds. It’s a problem on the ground floor. We have got only one key, despite we have been in the twin room - we are 2 separate grown ups, not twins. Bathroom is quite unpleasant with mould stains and decay of wooden elements. There is a kettle and a kitchenette, but it was not a single teabag or a knife provided.

The location is great. AC working well, the design of the room was nice. Very helpful host available 24/7

The toilet seat was broken. There is no everyday cleaning, you would need to ask for towels & bedding change

Very good position, the host was very friendly and helpful! The room was ok, it had good air conditioning, the boiler and some pots and stovel to cook. Despite it being in the center, the windows have a good insonorization from the street. Check-in was simple

The bed is not so comfortable and is noisy, but that is my personal opinion. The bathroom can be more well maintained but is acceptable. The room was not insonorized from the others, so the noise really depends from your neighbors.

It has an interesting design.

It says that it's a hotel but in fact it's just an apartment tho an every room has its own shower with a toilet. The room was "Lux" but is located on the ground floor, with no curtains—only shutters that don’t close completely, so light from outside gets into the room, and it’s possible to see inside from the street. But the biggest downside is the strong sewage smell, which didn’t go away even after keeping the windows open all day. I initially was looking for a hotel to avoid exactly these kinds of issues, so the place was disappointing for me, although some people might find it cozy and atmospheric.
