    I've been traveling with my kids for over 10 years, and this is the worst place I've ever stayed. I paid for four nights, arriving late in the evening. The pillows and blankets smelled terrible the first night. The next day, I asked to change rooms or pay for an upgrade, but the staff said all rooms were full. I had to air the pillows and blankets on the balcony to get rid of the smell and find new pillowcases and duvet covers myself. During my four-night stay, no housekeeping service cleaned the room, no towels were changed, no sheets were changed, and no drinking water was provided. Everything in the room was in a terrible, almost falling-off condition. The bathroom, the walls – everything had never been scrubbed. The cleanliness standards were extremely low. The price of the room, compared to another hotel I stayed at later in Tbilisi, was drastically different.
