Lovely apartment and very spacious

The apartment was perfect for a family getaway It was very comfortable spacious and modern

The apartment would definitely have been scored a 10 however the plugs shorted and we had no electricity in some parts of the apartments inc the bedroom. We reported this on Saturday morning and were told maintenance don’t work the weekend. There were 7 of us then having to share 3 plugs for our phones etc

Great sized apartment

- Great sized apartment - Quiet but central location - Good sized balcony - Really friendly maintenance team who were quick to react during issue with curtains

- Getting cash for the tourist tax was inconvenient. We arrived in a taxi from the airport after a very delayed flight, pouring rain and had to leave reception again to go to a cash machine along the road. Minimum I could take out was £200 and the tourist tax was only £10! - When we arrived the curtains in one bedroom in particular were completely hanging off the window and couldn’t be used. I messaged via booking.com and they rectified it straight away which was great but couldn’t believe they had been left that way originally. - The pillows are rubbish. Need 2 per person - I slept with my jacket under the pillow for extra height.

Excellent flat for big family!

Good location, verry well sleeping, beds! The apartment is very spacious, next to the Old City.

There is traffic and construction work around, so dirt from the terrace floor gets carried into the room!

Not working TV (no TV program, Xbox in error state), non-draining sink in bathroom, very noisy ventilator in bathroom Physical keys are not lucky solution ( mostof RbnB use key code) as office opened from 10 a.m. prevents early final trip last day due to return keys.

The location of the property was close to old town which made it easily accessible. Two quite spacious bed rooms, plus two more bedrooms, large living room and island dining with a large balcony.

The kitchen was quite small for large family, side of the dining is crimpled, old sofa in the living area

Not worth its money.

Near the city of center and parking space for ypur car ( but you pay for it ).

Everything you touch - breaks instantly. Wc doors, curtains and etc… forks and spoons are dirty, and ypu dont want me to start talking about shower and toilet.. really upseting, especially when you take a deposit for it.

The location (literally 5 minutes walk from city centre) and the apartment view were just perfect. The washing machine in the apartment is a gem after a long trip.

It seemed that the host forgot to vacuum clean the floor :) and it would be helpful to have some shower gel/shampoo in the property

Big sofa and big refrigerator.

Door- we got stuck in the apartment- lucky that one of us was longer in town and could open the door from the outside. We had to trow the key down from the balcony. This was very scary- after this we got help - but we got message that we couldn’t use the lower lock. Only the top lock should be use and only turned once. This was a bad experience and I hope you fix the lock for next guests.

Location

Building is new, apartment looks new, but lots of things are broken or don't work properly or don't work at all. Most of the drawers and cabinets are not closing properly, huge clock on the wall was not working, tv had some cable management issues, so also did not work, there were some cables hanging or just laying on the floor. There was a broken picture that fell from the wall and was just put on the tv table. Chair in the dining area was also broken. Pot in the kitchen was missing some parts of it's handle. A bed in one of the rooms was extremely noisy, one bed sheet was ripped

Great location and a nice looking apartment

The bedrooms have new curtains that are see through so when the sun rises at 05.00 you are immediately bombarded with light and heat and as a result can't sleep

Poor

When I arrived at night, I wasn't able to enter the building because of the confusion they made in the entering code. I tried to call them many times and send them many messages but no one responded. I was in cold for an hour full of stress and finally someone entered the building and I went after them. They didn't respond until two days later that I went to the office and told the manager about the issue. He was very rude and he told me that there was no fault from their behalf and they're too busy to respond because he is managing over 100 properties. When I said that what do you do in case of emergency, like me not being able to enter the building? He said we don't consider that a case of emergency and it was your fault to not find the code in tons of confusing numbers they gave me. It was very disappointing and irresponsible.

Superb

Location was quiet with shops, groceries and restaurants literally few meters from the apartment. Not mentioned old town was in walking disrance. The apartment was also quite space generous.

We had to pay deposit of 400 pln. Receptionist also wrote down the number of a credit card and date of duration of the card. We still dit not received the deposit.
