Overall it was a pleasure to stay here and for sure I’ll come back.

Very nice, clean space with everything you could need. It was quiet, very close to the old town and the apartament was pretty spacious.

I’ll agree with the other opinions that it would be nice if the TV would be upgraded to the smart tv so you could watch Netflix etc while staying there.

The location was excellent. Close to the Old Town, very close to the Christmas Market. Many restaurants were very close to the property. The room was very big, great view to the river, quite and it includes all the amenities. Value for money!!

The only thing that we didn't like it was the bed and the pillows (but again this depends to what someone like). The bid it was not very comfortable.

Generally it was a good stay

The location was good near to the old town , it was clean.

Clean, good location, walking distance to city centre. The SPA is relaxing, with sauna, jacuzzi and pool which were a great plus for us.

Great place to stay

We had a fantastic stay! The property was spotless and ideally located just a short walk from the city center. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal prep easy and convenient. One of the highlights was the complimentary spa — we especially enjoyed visiting in the mornings when it was peaceful and nearly empty. It did get a bit busier in the evenings, but still very enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus, and overall, the value for the price was excellent.

It would be helpful to provide more toilet paper in the apartment, so guests don’t have to purchase additional supplies during their stay. We were 3 in the appartment for 3 nights.

Very good location, but very noisy.

Very good location, easy access.

Water did not drain in the shower and the sink in the bathroom. Very noisy, especially in the morning 7:30 was wake up, when neighbors started speaking loudly, children screaming and moving around. Also, as we were on the street side, workers started to work with the pavement around 8 o’clock.

It is quite central! Only 5min walk to the riverside and 10min walk to Neptune building. It’s spacious and clean and has everything you need.

It’s an unmanned property, and although I don’t need the reception much - I did find myself needing to ask a few questions which then I had to revert to messaging, or when things went wrong it would take time to get resolved. But it’s not a big deal - and I would stay again. It’s just FYI :)

Beautiful apartment with direct river views

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with lovely views to the river. It was very peaceful. We would love to stay again. Citystay was very helpful. We stayed in one of their other properties before this one, and they arranged for us to stay later there and arrive earlier here so that there was no gap of time in between. We greatly appreciated that!

It was more money than we had originally budgeted for, however, it is a beautiful apartment and we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Swimming and fitness spa were awesome. The guys at reception were very helpful. Location wise very good. Grocery shop just outside the building.

Beds in the apartment were not comfortable and were in bad quality/shape. The straps were loose so that one sitting on them or sleeping became hanging downside. Couldn't sleep well.

Good place to stay, to explore Gdansk on foot.

Everything was clean, the view was amazing. Checking in was easy and quick, parking was a little scary but once it was done it was good. Friendly staff and good surroundings

Disappointing

Hi, We just wanted to inform you that are stay was okay, but not as we expected. The floor was still dirty and almost every glass and plates was dirty and covered in dust. Under the bed it was total chaos. It was so filthy and very uncomfortable because of the dust and all the other dirt. We were not happy with this. We also saw several silverfish and bugs in the kitchen and in the bathroom. This made it hard for us to sleep cause of the dirty bugs. We stayed here for 4 days and were only given 2 towels. This might be enough for some others but when it is a spa “hotel” it is expected more clean towels…

I would definitely stay in that apartment again. I loved it

The layout and the the way the apartment was decorated I loved. The cooker, grill and microwave all in one was exceptional so easy and never seen anything like it. Had plenty of space and still felt cosy. Great location just outside from the city centre but only took 5 minutes to walk to and it had so much to offer. The swimming pool was good.

Nothing much I didn’t like but there were a few maintenance things that need to be fixed. A few bulbs weren’t working. Didn’t know about the touch LED’s till later because no mention of it. Found a screw in the dishwasher filter because we wondered why it wasn’t working so we mainly washed up but even then there was no tea towel. Only one towel per person which is fine but no hand towel for bathroom. Also every night in bed I was itching and i put that down from the pigeons outside the window flying bacteria around.

Citystay recomended Hello taxi for transportation from airport and tell that estimate price is 50-60 sloty. In real life cost was 92 sloty. Also in room there was only 2 good chair for 4 chairs. 2 other bar chairs was loose at the pedestal and can not use for sitting.

I cannot recommend it. It's not about service its only about money.

We get the key from cleaning stuff on the hall. She sow us and told that we can go to apartments , because previous guest didn't leave the key. And if we didn't take key it would be a problem to get apartments in time. Receptionists are very kind. All that we like - it was spa and location.

Service - communication with Aleksandra was with pressure and aggressive, its not professional and not client oriented. She wrote that its not possible to live baggage before or after leaving apartments on reception, but there is an extra hall for this, and we use it on the last day, because we need to leave flat before 10 a.m. Cleaning -there was no good cleaning. We payed for that, but it was disgusting. I asked owner to return us money - but they didn't, only show me toxic communication and aggressive mood In flat is only 3 towels, coffee for 1 day, no matter how days you wil spend there. No towels for hands or spa. There was no any cleaning thing ( we clean flat ourselves, and need to buy things for it) There is a midge in apartments, we thought it was about trash, but it was all four days.

The apartments are great, they have all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay.

A wonderful place - near the old town, the view from the balcony is especially beautiful. There is a small pool. The apartments are particularly spacious with a comfortable bed. Necessary equipment such as ironing board, dishes, oven, dishwasher were also provided. The photos completely reflects reality.

The soundproofing of the apartments could be better. Some dirt was also visible, especially in the corners of the bathroom. We had an unpleasant experience trying to park the car in the designated spot. This apartment complex offers an automatic platform parking system, but after 20-30 minutes of unsuccessful attempts and moving other people's cars up and down, we had to go back to the reception, where we learned that this parking system is broken. There were no signs or information about it anywhere, and all the doors on the parking floor were locked. There were no free parking spaces in the streets near the apartment, so we wasted another half hour until we found one.
