A perfect stay in Gdansk. Quiet location, just minutes away from the old town

Unjustified charging after departure spoiled the whole impression of the stay

On departure we were charged some imaginary amount for alleged damage to the toilet flush. Attempts to contact the owner were unsuccessful - no response. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, but very neglected and dirty (I'm talking about a specific apartment on the 3rd floor): - a lamp in the living room sticking with grease and dust, - falling rail with a rain shower - a hole in one of the beds, which was hidden by putting an extra pillow under the mattress, - windows that haven't been cleaned for months - reflected faces, children's hands, a spider with a web on one of the windows. Keys need to be picked up elsewhere (as described before booking). Later it turns out that the entrance is to the code that they send in a private message. The day before arrival, they send a message again about the need to collect the keys before 7 pm. I contacted the staff three times to understand why they were sending two conflicting instructions, to which the team replied that some of the messages were sent automatically.

Everything was great. Apartments building is new. The flat is equipped by new and modern facilities. Nice view through the window. Quiet and safe. Great location of the building itself and the parking place.

Microwave was mentioned in the apartments description, but it's not available there in fact. Keys collection is not such simple exercise: there is no space for parking nearby, also I'd recommend you to navigate your guests via some pictures of exact location of the entrance to your office.

Key pickup was a pain- different location than apartment- confusing- Recommend they meet guest with key outside apartment - We could not figure out how to use the Air conditioner

Perfect

The apartment is new with very nice design, well furnished, beautiful view on a river, parking space available. Very close to the old town. Just perfect place to stay. 100% recommend it.

Lovely apartment- great location and helpful staff

The property was clean and modern, with a nice view over the river and plenty of facilities. it was in a great location, just 5 minutes walk to the bars on the river via a crossing or 10 minutes walk to the long street via an underpass. Staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay and the pending damage deposit was removed within 1 day of check out

Good location very nice apartment, suitable for max. 8 persons

Great location, walking distance to the city centre, but just outside the busy area. Very easy access via access code and very nice just new/renovated apartment. Great beds and showers all good quality. Everything feels really solid and new. So overal very good choice for max. 8 adult persons (if you want to use the couch/sofa beds. And 3 great double beds (for max. 6 adult persons)

The apartment is not suitable for 10 persons. Maybe i should have know this, but when you're searching for something suitable for 10 persons this apartment came up. There where 2 couch / sofa beds, what is fine but these are not suitable as double beds, only 1 person per couch/sofa. So we needed to book 1 extra hotel room in the hotel next to the apartment building

Polecam i wybrałabym ten apartament jeszcze raz.

Lokalizacja, powierzchnia mieszkania, udogodnienia w mieszkaniu takie jak talerze, żelazko, suszarkę. Samo mieszkanie było bardzo ładne , zrobione w dobrym guście. Dwie łazienki bardzo ładne i przestronne. Fajnie oddzielone pokoje od salonu. Widok z salonu super , nie przeszkadzało nawet to, że hotel jest blisko głównej ulicy.

Mieszkanie bardzo ładne i w świetnej lokalizacji, jednak przeznaczone nie dla 3, a 2 osób.

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, mieszkanie ładnie urządzone, czystość bez zarzutu.

Kanapa w salonie nie rozkładała się, spanie było mało komfortowe. Prysznic działał tylko częściowo. Jak na 4 gwiazdki to nie powinno mieć miejsca. Mieszkanie przeznaczone dla 2 osób, a rezerwacja była na 3 osoby.

Na wakacjach

Miejsce rewelacja, lokalizacja, blisko stare miasto, galeria, tramwaj. W apartamencie czysto, nowocześnie, klimatyzacja, jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Na przeciwko widać spichlerz "Błękitny Baranek" który można zwiedzić bezpłatnie w każdy czwartek jeśli dobrze pamiętam. (PS. ociekacz do naczyń musicie dołożyć, tylko tego brakuje)

Nowoczesny wystrój wnętrza, wszechstronne wyposażenie, czystość i idealna lokalizacja przy samej Motławie dopełniona niezwykłym widokiem z okien apartamentu. Niezwykłe miejsce w samym sercu Gdańska, które jest idealne na wypoczynek. Pierwszy pobyt z pewnością przekonał zarówno mnie jak i partnerkę. Jesteśmy pewni prędkiego powrotu. Polecam bardzo serdecznie!

Przestronność apartamentu, piękny widok z okna salonu, bogate wyposażenie, lokalizacja.

Jest już kilka uszkodzeń wymagających naprawy (oparcia kanap w salonie, kilka ścian przybrudzonych), ale to drobnostki, które powstają na bieżąco więc szybkie kosmetyczne naprawy uczynią z tego apartamentu mega komfortowe, nowoczesne i estetyczne miejsce.

Całkiem dobrze, możliwe, że wrócę

Czystość, widok, cisza i spokój. Blisko do centrum Starówki.

Otwieranie zamka drzwi, bateria rozładowana problem z zamykaniem i otwieraniem. Stwierdziłem, że nie zamykam, bo jak wrócę w nocy to mogę sie zdziwić i już nie dostać się do apartamentu. Kolejne to czas oddania kaucji obiecane było czwartek mamy nowy tydzień, a pieniążków dalej nie ma, słabo.
