Buena ubicación es amplio y tiene todo lo que se necesita
La comunicación es pésima, tuvimos varias dudas y nunca contestaron en ningún medio, el sillón es SÚPER INCÓMODO, yo literalmente me golpee con el palo de la mitad porq no tiene cojines de que ya es viejo, hace falta aire porque hace calor,

Квартира красивая,с хорошим видом и неплохим ремонтом
Требуется более внимательная уборка,а так же косметический ремонт(плитка в душе ОЧЕНЬ потертая, кнопки для смыва унитаза очень потертые), слив в душе не зафиксирован, душевая лейка не фиксируется(держатель сломан). Матрас неудобный,будто спишь на пружинах, подушки «пустые», спать было некомфортно. Так же очень сильная слышимость с другом квартиры( детский плач,крик , разговоры в коридоре, как готовят еду) , ощущение будто стоят прям возле нас
