We absolutely loved staying here! Will definitely book again!

The apartment is amazing! So spacious and light. Plenty of room for a family of 4. It was very clean on arrival and there was a much appreciated selection of hot drink sachets. The beds were extremely comfortable. Radiators in all rooms and heated towel rail in the bathroom. I was even able to do a quick wash load one evening. The location was perfect. It’s central enough to be able to walk to most places. We didn’t use breakfast in the hotel and we found a great little bakery and shop, which were a 3 minute walk away.

My only negative would have to be the shower. We couldn’t switch it to be able to run a bath. The shower head wasn’t very useful. We had to use the handheld shower attachment. It wasn’t a major issue, just made showering a bit tricky and the bathroom floor got very wet!

The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the spa was really well maintained and easy to access. The location was good - about a 10 minute walk to the center of the old town, and only 5 minutes to the nearest restaurants and conveniences. Very good value for money.

The apartment was on the smaller side however still perfectly fine for two people, but the kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking. Also (these things are totally out of the control of the Grano but worth mentioning) there’s some building works going on directly opposite, and the main road noise was a bit loud at night.

All in all, we were more than satisfied with apartment, which lived up to our expectations.

The kitchen tap water pressure was too high, which was annoying during the process of washing the dishes. In addition, I noticed a high level of grime along the bottom of the shower screen.

Apartments Good for the price, not personal communication.

Spa was included in the price. Breakfast was good, lots of things to choose. Location close to the Old City.

We left our wet towels in Spa, where personal said, we can get new towels in reception, but no one mentioned that we supposed to wash towels at apartments otherwise we have to pay 15 zloty for each towel. We were upset, because we would wash better than extra pay. No pancakes in breakfast. Hard to find reception the very first time. I would appreciate if someone would informed me before that have to go in another hotel reception.

Pleasant

Apartment located in very nice area .There are grocery stores just around the corner, some nice bars too.It is very close to the old city simultaneously close to nice paths for jogging in a beautiful nature along the river with reach bird life.,

It was some difficult to find reception as there was just a small signboard between many others . I was expecting terrace with the view of the river. We got a shady apartment with no view:(

It’s very good for tourists and family

The location was near the center, the was the public transport in some steps from the location. The reception was helpful, the breakfast was very good. The apartment was good organized with the kitchen, wash machine etc. we spent 4 nights with pleasure. I visited the SPA ones, but it was too much children the with big balloons for swimming. It was no place for swimming. It may be, it belongs on what time you visit this.

Superb

Location - very close to the old town. Just 10 ish minutes walk from many museums and attractions. 1 hour swimming pool and sauna included. Lots of small shops in area. Staff very polite. All people of Gdansk friendly and helpful. It was a good choise to stay in Grano Apartments and we had lovely stay in Gdansk. Reception staff can book you by your request taxi to the airport which cost only 90 zloty and takes less than half an hour.

Some stains on the sofa, small crack on the dishwasher corner (we couldn't start it at all but that wasn't essential to us anyway). Pool a bit overcrowded even at 9:10 am, but was really appreciated by my whole family. Difficult to find the main reception.

Convenient, quite and relaxing!

Location was good. Room size was good…family of 5 adults. Well supplied kitchen, nice clean bathroom and plenty of closet space. Easy access to swimming pool area. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely view of the canal from our windows. Maybe could have been a little more info in the room about what the hotel/spa offered and some prices.
