The staff at the reception were all lovely. However we tried to get into the wrong property as we were not told the number of our property were on our keys. The apartments were easy to find. The food and drink in the hotel was fabulous and the pool plus spa etc was amazing.
The double bed in apartment C20 creaked and squeaked a lot. Otherwise there was nothing else to worry about.

No issues. No problems. I enjoyed a beer from behind the counter at the reception as Poland implemented "No alcohol sales in stores" after 22:00. An unusual surprise.
The apartment could be cleaned better. Not a complaint. I'm just pointing out that there is room for improvement.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
We had bugs 'silver fish' in the room - There were A lot of them (not just a few). We would have to go around killing them and cleaning up multiple times a day. The presence of these bugs made the stay a little uncomfortable as the children were scared of them.
