Overall, despite a good location and a few useful amenities, the experience did not meet expectation

We really liked the location of the apartment. There was always hot water, a reliable internet connection, and a dishwasher with tablets provided, which was very convenient. The balcony was a nice bonus, and we especially enjoyed using the air fryer - it was a pleasant surprise, as we didn’t know it would be available.

To begin with, the property name is misleading, as it mentions a spa, wellness area, and swimming pool, none of which exist. Communication from the host was minimal - upon our arrival, the hostess was having lunch, and there was no follow-up or check-out communication afterward. Upon arrival, it was clear that the cleaning had been done poorly. The toilet brush was dirty, the shower head was broken, there was hair in the shower, and the glass shower wall was covered in limescale. Although the listing advertised a fully equipped kitchen, there was no oven available. During our stay, temperatures outside were around -5°C, but the apartment was not sufficiently heated. There was only one radiator in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen, and it was not enough to warm the space. At night, there was repeated noise coming from the apartment above, which was disruptive during late hours. Additionally, despite requesting a higher-floor apartment, we were assigned one on the first floor (the ground floor is not in use). Our stated preferences were acknowledged but not accommodated, and no benefits or alternatives were offered.

Perfect location. We loved the little balcony. The apartment was clean and the little kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

With a little love and care it could be the perfect destination

It is in a really great location, close to the old town, between the two channels. The apartment is cozy, and comfortably enough to 4-5 people. Bedrooms were clean and neat.

The cleaning team didn’t do a great job in the rest kf the apartment, we basically had to wipe the floor right after we arrived, and we needed to wash or at least wipe the windows if we wanted to see through them.

Had everything you needed in it. Just a 10 min walk to the city centre. Shops and lovely restaurants nearby. Staff were great and as we were early arriving we could leave our luggage in the office.

Felt a bit fooled

Extended family staying in three apartments. Nice area during weekdays and short distances to center.

Very different quality depending on apartment. Did not matter if if was the more expensive apartment. Superior two bedroom apartments with balcony. The biggest and most expensive one had a very bad smell in it. Old cigarette smell that seemed to be stuck to the apartment. Kind of like a stablehouse. It also was a lot smaller than on images. Felt a bit fooled. They updated the photos later during the summer. Sofabeds that was supposed to fit two people was very small for two skinny teens. Bed in one apartment was much less quality than others and very hard. The area turned in to a bit party area during the weekend and disturbed sleep. One apartment was right above a bar (1st floor) so smoke and loud music and talk was until about 2 am. Closed the windows that night. Very difficult to find the reception when checking in. Had a different name on the office space. Misleading info on the apartment. For example saying an apartment has a view, when all you can see are other apartment buildings. An outdoor dining area when it was only a small table for two people in a 6 person's apartment.

Awful. Avoid as a plague. A massive rip off

Where shall we start.... maybe by establishing the benchmark for the property- what I could have got for the same money. First thing first, considering what I paid it's relatively expensive for gdansk and I expected more in return. 1. Location- while it's relatively close to the old town IT'S NOTan old town. For that money I could have got a place right in the city centre. It's an up and coming area and I possibly arrived some 20 years too early. 2. Difficult to find a reception, 3. Awful flat - someone here mentioned bad ventilation and now I understand what it means, it was hot and stuffy, made me feel nauseated, never felt that before. 4. Only one relatively small window for a whole flat, with a view for a wall opposite and not river with a yacht as in the picture. 5. I slept on a sofa in the kitchenette area- as no window I felt like a Guantanamo Bay prisoner kept in isolation without knowing what part of the day it was. All I knew it was super dark and stuffy (needed to keep the door open). 6. Super hiper small beds in the main living room, short and narrow, 7. My next door neighbours were eager fans of techno and played it loud till 10pm- while not a fault of the City Apartment, it made me realise it would not have been a case in a hotel. 8. The greatest spam of all- no swimming pool. That is, there is one, in a separate building that is also relatively expensive. 9. A really bad quality toilet and kitchen paper- like the ones that you find in the airport and not at your home. All in all, hugely disappointing experience, one of the worse I've ever had. Don't stay here. Avoid. One more- when I complained to the receptionist (in fact a very nice lady) she said I selected an Economy Flat. Still though, I could have stayed in 3 *hotel in a city centre and while I checked the description on booking.com no mention of the view or other issues.

The place where the hotel was located was great.

The room was booked with 2 seperate rooms wich include 2 large beds for 2. But 1 room had 1 seperate children beds. Those beds were small and very uncomfortable. The biggest concern is that when we booked the room in our order confirmation we double checked if it had 2 double beds and it had. But when we arrived we saw that 1 bedroom has 2 small beds for children, and not a double bed. We tried to contact someone for the issue, but the administration said that it is bookings fault and they do not have any more rooms for us to go.

Great location, lack of correspondence with guests.

The room we booked was meant to be for 1 x double bed and 2 x singles, we had 2 x doubles. The shower did not work, and there was no rush to fix the shower. There was no welcome information in the room about how to log into the wifi etc.

Superb

The location was perfect. The apartment nicely furnished and equipped in everything you need to spend a week with a family.

The apartment does not seem to have good ventilation. There was sometimes a weird smell and we had to have the windows open most of the time while being at the apartment. The door to the apartment are not very well isolated and we could hear everything what was happening at the corridor as it was right next to us.

Location was good, clean enough, well equipped,- fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave...

It was nothing like the photos, very small. Not recommended with children. Spa was in another building that was not theirs. It was in a different hotel. Two days before the stay I asked for a cot, they answered it when we suppose to leave the next day.

Only two washing tablets for the washing machine in the kichen for 1 week stay, broken iron, broken washing machine in the bathroom, only two rollers of toilet paper for 1 week stay for the family of 4 people, shower which was stuck so that the water could not go out
