Chmielna Park - City Center & Parking by Downtown Apartments

The location is very good, quite close to the city center and the Old Town. There are shops, cafés, and a free underground parking garage, which is especially convenient if you are traveling by car. The beds were quite comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for a short stay.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, almost level with the sidewalk. Even with the windows closed, the noise isolation is very poor — you can clearly hear people walking outside while lying in bed. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend choosing a different place to stay. The apartment also looks quite worn out overall. The renovation feels dated, the bathroom furniture has visible chips and damage, and everything looks rather shabby. There was also a strong damp smell coming from the shower area. I wish the cleaning had been done more thoroughly. Considering all of this, I personally feel that the price is significantly overpriced for the quality offered.

Good location- short walking distance from the Old Town and underground car parking was a big bonus.

I had to chase the management company to get the check in instructions. I received them only 10 minutes before the actual check in started, despite contacting the host 3 times ahead of our arrival. This wasn't great when travelling with an infant. Also no information or instructions how to park (there's is a designated space, for each apartment, but it doesn't correspond to the actual apartment number, so I had to figure out myself where to park- otherwise I could get fined).

Very central only a 10 min walk to the old town, spacious and clean.

There was loud noise outside at 6.30am that woke everyone up on several days. Not sure the sofa bed would fit 2 adults.

the location of the apartment (we could hear everything inside and outside of the building since we were on the ground floor next to the entrance and elevator and everything, people were knocking on our windows), the sheets were dirty, there were open beer cans, and it’s definitely not spacious enough for 4 people, garage not appropriate for stance cars
