Nice tiny apartments located in the heart of Gdansk, in the middle of Old town. Very clean & equipped with all essentials for leaving, coffee/ tea and water were provided. Only washing powder for washing machine missing)
1. Very uncomfortable bed. It consists of two single beds, which are very soft, and you constantly slide into the gap between them. Sleeping on just one of the beds is also uncomfortable, as the mattress does not properly support or conform to the body, and sooner or later you still end up sliding towards the middle. 2. Weak and unstable internet connection in the room. The Wi-Fi is very slow and unreliable.

Location and cleanliness and the support we received from the lady that checked us in on Thursday the 20th of August. The same lady checked us out as well on the 22nd Saturday. She was lovely.
One of the beds wasn't made. The receptionist (lovely lady) sent someone straightaway. Unfortunately the lady that made the bed appeared grumpy and annoyed as if it was our fault that she had to do it. Also another lady led one of our group upstairs to use the toilet just before checking in. She didn't say a word and kept looking at her phone. Complete lack of human interaction let alone customer service skills.

Location is amazing.
There was building work going on inside the building, which started early some mornings (before 9am!) and some afternoons, that we were never told about. This meant we couldn’t sleep in at all and couldn’t rest in the apartment in the afternoons!
