The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was well equipped, and having everything available made us feel right at home. The location was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the electronic door lock was very convenient. We especially appreciated that the staff stored our luggage for several hours after check-out, which allowed us to enjoy the city without carrying our bags around. It was a small gesture that made a big difference.

The location was it's best feature, it was outstanding, everything was a few minutes away, it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. Kitchen had all that you need, a toaster which was fab. Would have preferred an electric kettle. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and shower gel/shampoo, we ran out and we asked for more and we got it. A big sofa, dinning gable and plenty if chairs. A lift that was quick. The Internet was good, it sometimes was a little weak.

Noise from other guests in other rooms, you could here them quite clearly. The apartment was not clean, particularly the bathroom, hair and fluff on the floor, sink was full of black dirt. The TV did not work, somebody had a look at it, but we never got it to work, disappointing, our Son wanted to watch some of the late night World Cup.

Location is amazing.

There was building work going on inside the building, which started early some mornings (before 9am!) and some afternoons, that we were never told about. This meant we couldn’t sleep in at all and couldn’t rest in the apartment in the afternoons!
