Apartment was modern and clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Spa was a bit small but very nice.
There was no blackout curtains.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town. Clean tidy and well kept.
A bit disappointed about the bedroom not being separated like we were told, made it difficult to do much in the apartment when the baby went to sleep. Also a tough to get in touch with spa to book a pool slot as the number didn't work for us and didn't reply via WhatsApp.

Location, big apartment, all the household appliances possibly needed, dishes, great bathrooms, beautiful apartment with pretty nice view. Staff were very friendly with very good English.
Coffee machine didn’t work. Breakfast could be a lot better: restaurant couldn’t serve so many people and some stood outside waiting in line under the rain, then waiting long for their breakfast to be prepared by the restaurant, no healthy low-fat options.

Location was good. We got around fairly easy.
The rooms were freezing, heat was turned off. Sofa couch was really uncomfortable to sleep in. The heating in the rooms barely kept up wih the cold outside. You could feel the cold from the windows.
