Location, big apartment, all the household appliances possibly needed, dishes, great bathrooms, beautiful apartment with pretty nice view. Staff were very friendly with very good English.
Coffee machine didn’t work. Breakfast could be a lot better: restaurant couldn’t serve so many people and some stood outside waiting in line under the rain, then waiting long for their breakfast to be prepared by the restaurant, no healthy low-fat options.

Location was good. We got around fairly easy.
The rooms were freezing, heat was turned off.
Sofa couch was really uncomfortable to sleep in.
The heating in the rooms barely kept up wih the cold outside. You could feel the cold from the windows.
