Lokalizacja i czystość na plus. Sam rozkład mieszkania bardzo dobrze przemyślany, jak na dość małą przestrzeń. Plus za małą półeczkę pod prysznicem, bo często zdarza się, że ten szczegół jest zupełnie pomijany i nie ma gdzie kłaść kosmetyków.
Świetna lokalizacja, ale wejście nieoznaczone żadnym numerem. Skrzynka z kluczami też bez rzekomej naklejki Renters, co utrudniło zlokalizowanie wejścia. Drzwi wejściowe się zacinają. Mieszkanie nie zagrzane wystarczająco - tylko działający elektryczny grzejnik, który nie był podłączony. Materac łóżka jak dla mnie za miękki, ale to kwestia preferencji. Telewizory nie działały- nie odbierało żadnego sygnału.
