Room for improvement. It can become very nice

Location in the Center of the city.

The heating system was not functioning properly and the apartment was not warm. I informed them 3 times but the system had a problem. The TV was not working well. They knew in advance that it was damaged, but they kept it as it was. A few days prior to my check-in, they told me that the stairwell was noisy and that construction was going on every morning.

Not enough rubbish plastic bags, only two toilet paper rolls for 8 nights? No mop and liquid to mop. Also some shower gel, shampoo and material for washing machine would be nice to have.

Appartment was realy nice, perfect size for family of 3 and location was great.

Receptionist could be more service minded and more helpfull explaining shortly how to get keys instead of sending mail with lots of text to read in search for the info.

It’s ok

Overall, the apartment is new, but it was smaller than I expected. I booked it for my parents during their stay in Gdansk. There was a strong smell of paint (or construction) in the rooms, and there is a bar located right under the windows, which could affect your sleep if you’re sensitive to noise.

The reception staff were friendly but couldn’t resolve the internet issue efficiently. At first, they sent us the wrong password and suggested that we restart the router ourselves and perform some additional steps. In the end, it turned out they had simply mixed up uppercase and lowercase letters in the automatic message with the details. My main concern here is that the staff are literally on the ground floor and could have come up to check everything themselves instead of asking guests to troubleshoot. Also, neither I nor my wife (who rented another apartment from the same company for her parents in the same building) received the welcome message with check-in details, so I had to visit their office in person beforehand to clarify everything.

Very nicely furnished and well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Very clear instructions for gaining access. Prompt refund of the security deposit.

Still some ongoing redevelopment work in the building entry.

Very good stay in old town

The location is superb! I also lime how well organized the apartment: spacious bathroom, comfy living room and small but very comfortable bedroom. I like how much bulbs and light has the apartment. The kitchen has all you will need ( o microwave but wi didn’t need it anyway).

There are minor feedback to the property owners. 1. Wi-Fi didn’t work. The owner gave me another password from different Wi-Fi but that wi-fi had weak signal and didn’t work well. So, if you plan to work remotely or you need a high-speed and stable internet, I suggest to ask the owner to dojble check it before your arrival. 2. The floor in the living room wasn’t very clean, there was some sand. Lukily the apartment was equipt with vacuum cleaner and I cleaned it in 5 min.

Central stay in a new apartment.

A nice and clean apartment in the very center of everything. All the local tourist attractions are not more than 15 minutes by feet. There are a few shops and cafes around. It was a bit loud during the night, due to the bars on the street, but closing the window solved the problem completely. The apartment is freshly renovated and has all the necessary amenities. We were a family of 4 and had enough of everything. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet and cozy newly renovated apartment with great location for your stay

Just like in pictures if not better (apartment Aura). Ideal location - walking distance from railway station & trams and right next to the old town. Newly renovated, clean, really cozy Nordic style apartment. Quiet area, no traffic. We really enjoyed our stay!

Attention to details could improve experience even better. For example there were no soap of any kind for the first day of stay (dispenser was empty). It was Easter and bigger shops were closed when we arrived so finding soap and shampoo was a bit tricky.

Apartment in einer sehr guten rundum Lage in Gdansk (Danzig)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Apartment! Gefallen hat mein Vater die Kaffeemaschine,wo er sich morgens immer sein Kaffee frisch zubereitet hat mit gratis Bohnen! Auch so muss man sagen das dieses Apartment sehr gut eingerichtet war, denn in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man brauchte.Auch war eine Waschmaschine vorhanden die wir 2 mal genutzt haben.Das Bad war auch super schön mit Badewanne ausgestattet! Das kleine Zimmer zum Schlafen hat unserem 2 Jahre altem Kind super gefallen da diese 2 Türen hatte zu jeder Bettseite eine, und sie dann gerne mit uns rumgealbert hat . Zu Fuß war auch alles sehr gut gelegen.Zum Weihnachtsmarkt haben wir nur 10 min. zu Fuß gebraucht, und auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar!Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses Jahr wiederkommen! Grüße an das Apartment Team

Das soll jetzt keine Beschwerde sein, weil alles war super! Für manche Leute wäre es bestimmt ein Problem da der Fernseher Bildschirm kaputt war,aber wir waren ja nicht zum Fernseher schauen im Urlaub, daher kein Problem. Und ein Lampenschirm hat gefehlt in der Wohnstube, was uns ja wiederum auch nicht gestört hatte wo vielleicht andere Leute kritisch sehen! Wenn man diese Mängel noch beseitigt, dann ist es mehr wie 100 Prozent Wohlfühlen. Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen.

Lokalizacja idealna na zwiedzanie Gdańska, niedaleko do Długiego rynku, Motławy, Kosciołów (sw. Brygidy, Katedry Mariackiej). Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne, urządzone z pomysłem, wygodne na krótki pobyt dla 2-3 osób. Ekspres zrobił robotę rano :) Przyjemna łazienka.

Brakuje kontaktu w kuchni, żeby można było podłączyć bezkolizyjnie ekspres do kawy. Łózko w sypialni jest dość male jak na dwie osoby, nie można całkowicie zamknąć się w sypialni bo zawsze jedne drzwi zostają otwarte. Pod oknami sa latarnie, które mocno świecą w okna a zasłony są jasne co niestety utrudnia zaśnięcie.

wifi koji nije funkcionirao zbog datog krivog passworda. greška ispravljena tek nakon nekoliko dana, osoblje recepcije sporo reagira na komplikacije. Napravljena višestruka naplata (3) za isti smještaj i takodjer povrat teško vraćen tek na naše inzistiranje. Slaba komunikacija na engleskom jeziku što je pridodavalo stresu

Mycket fräscht och mysigt. Var hyfsat väl utrustat i kök. Bekväm säng och bäddsoffa. Låg väldigt bra till.

Современный интерьер, продумано и со вкусом. Довольно комфортно. Большой обеденный стол, красивая и функциональная кухня. Удобная кровать и подушки. Есть вся необходимая посуда и столовые приборы. Причем все новое

При входе есть шкаф для одежды, но нет возможности повесить одежду. Нет штанги для вешалок . Кроме того в этом небольшом шкафу находится гладильная доска, хотя нет утюга, сушилка и пылесос. Поэтому одежду пришлось оставлять на диване или раскладывать сушилку , что бы положить вещи. Это не продумано ! Есть хорошая кофейная машинка , но она не работала. Тогда зачем она стоит ? Красиво сделана ванная комната, но смеситель в раковине слишком большой, поэтому разбрызгивается вода по полу и зеркалу. Желательно поставить более компактный смеситель

Absolute Katastrophe mit der Rechnung. Das Hotel hat mir nach 2 Wochen keine Rechnung gesendet und schreibt täglich -ja, die Rechnung wird heute verschickt. Ich war zu einer Dienstreise und ohne Rechnung kann ich nichts von meiner Buchhaltung verlangen. Wenn Sie geschäftlich reisen -unbedingt aufpassen!

Bra men kunne vært bedre.

Alle fasiliteter på bildene er riktig. Pent dekorert med gulldetaljer på bad, kjøkkenvask og spisebord. Ikke langt ifra byen, matvarebutikker eller shopping sentrene i Gdansk. Veldig sentralt.

Sengen var veldig hard, små puter, badekaret er ikke vanlig størrelse (mye mindre). Det var vanskelig å skjekke inn. (Fikk utlevert feil rom uten badekar (selv om jeg hadde bevis på hvilke rom jeg hadde booket.) måtte gjentatte ganger ringe for å rette opp i feilen for å få tilgang til rett leilighet. Sto utenfor leilighetskomplekset i 1 1/2 time bare for å få rett rom.
