Centralne położenie, bardzo blisko większości atrakcji turystycznych. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie w sprzęty agd (pralka, zmywarka), ale także w środki czystości, worki na śmieci itp. Dużo miejsca do przechowywania. Apartament był czysty i nowocześnie urządzony.
Fatalne zasłony, za wąskie i nie umożliwiające zasłonięcia całej powierzchni okna. Bardzo niewygodna, za wysoka do wchodzenia wanna, co może być dla mniej sprawnych ruchowo gości problemem. Brak jakiejkolwiek informacji na temat usuwania i sortowania śmieci. (Pojemniki znajdowały się w podziemnym garażu.)

Brak wentylacji w kuchni - brzydki zapach wewnątrz mebli kuchennych, kurz pod łóżkiem, widać ślady zużycia na poszczególnych meblach (futryny, kanapa).
