Area nice, bit disappointed with flat, toaster,kettle did not work. I emailed company expecting them to deliver new ones, but all i got was we will note that down. Unsure how its for 4 people with only one glass, and only 2 chairs, 3 forks, 4 spoon. Towels for only 3 guests very odd. I love the fact it states people live here please respect! yet cleaners are so loud on a morning. All in all place was not as advertised. They need to spend some money updating place.

We stayed here with our 4 kids. It was a great location for us to walk in and out from. The apartment was a good size. As it was only just a base we found it great, though if you were staying for longer I would maybe see if you could get one slightly larger. there is a shop and restaurant around so when the kids where tired we could go home and still eat out! We would definitely stay again.

First apt was excellent,but disappointed with 2nd decor needed updating nowhere to sit on veranda as single chair was broken,a sofa or armchair would have been nice,apt number not very clear,main entrance says 150 for 2 apt A and B communication problem with check in staff for departure not very clear

The stay was fine, but there is only this one couch/sleeping sofa-bed in living room. Not possible to close bedroom door because of bed. You have to hold the shower-head while showering which I find irritating. But nice surrounding and all that, they might clean the place a bit better between guests there were quite some large dust balls.

The bed was very low to the floor and only having 1 pillow each caused us to have back ache by the end of the 3 night stay

The apartment was really clean and modern if a little small. We have no complaints other than not being given the deluxe apartment with balcony and river view that I paid for - the apartment we were given neither had an apartment nor a river view. This should’ve been awarded once we were handed our keys. After a long day of travelling and settling in we decided not to complain. The apartment we were given was not what I paid for but was still lovely and clean and close to the centre of the city.

I was very disappointed. Modern apartment but when we unpacked we figured this place is dirty. Chips under sofa, coffee cups and spoons still with the sticky food and the bathroom worst. Smells so bed. First what we did we run to grocery store( big plus) downstairs for cleaning detergents. We paid for parking spot but they didnt give us remote. Otherwise we like it.

Location was okay because it was not far from the central station by tram or bus. The apartment itself was clean and vast, but pots, cups, forks and spoons could be cleaner. No sope or shower gel was in the bathroom (fortunately I always bring mine). Kinda Okay for the price. but the real problem is there is a hidden cleaning fee which I was not informed.

We stayed in October 2018 .Our stay was good. Apartments are 30mins walk into old town. Stayed in deluxe studio , river view with balcony .. was a little small, basics . Modern but set back .. so a distant river view 😏 would upgrade to a front one if we had an option ..also they were building next door so a little noisy at times 😏 friendly people in town , great variety of food in town .. weather was great for us 👍

Was very disappointed with our stay. We paid the extra for the deluxe suite for the river view and were placed on the second floor with very little view. The view we did have was an overgrown garden area down below. The entry letter stated it was a no smoking room, however the neighbours were constantly smoking and this was coming through into our room and also constant in the communal hall area. The towels supplied were 2x very small ones, that are placed on the ground to keep the floor dry when you step out the shower. What isn’t mentioned also is the room is only cleaned once before you arrive and this is an extra 100 zloty charge! I would not recommend this apartment and will not be back here

Very little information regarding basic items, hard to find reception as inside a complete different address . Staff laying on couch and just wanted to get us out of the office quickly. Not very helpful . No internet.

Facilities advertised not present in apartment. The whole apartment was dirty. Water takes ages to drain out of the sinks and shower causing flooding onto the bathroom floor. Bed linen not changed from previous guests. This very dirty and poorly maintained apartment was a big disappointment.

Our stay there didnt start well and it was only getting worse later.As requested, I called the office on our way from the airport and was told someone would be there with keys. When we arrived, the resident wasnt there. I called them again- and was asked to go to their office to collect the keys. Its not far, you can get there on foot. Ok, but with luggage, after traveling for over 24 hours? No, thanks. The person on the phone wasnt compassionate enough and I had no choice- I had to go get the keys myself.If you like to sleep in- no chance for that. Reason no 1: Noise. Theres lots of maintenance still going on in the building. Be prepared for drilling, which may start any time in the morning, even as early as 7 am and continue at random intervals throughout the day. After a long flight, we hoped for a nice nap- noise didnt stop till 6 pm.Reason no 2. Too much light. Thin transparent curtains dont block the sun at all. The walls in the bedroom are all white- no idea how its possible to have a good rest there. Luckily, the sofas in the living room are fold-outs and its not so bright there. With some difficulty (bed sheets too small), we managed to create some decent sleeping space- but it shouldnt be our job.There were only three towels for two people and we stayed there 4 nights.I asked for a partial refund. We were offered one extra day free of charge as compensation instead. We couldnt stay longer so we ended up paying full price for a very poor experience.

Calm and safe area, polite service and the rooms were nice and modern. Yet it could have been cleaner, and the guidance to the apartment could have been better. The beds were quite awful, and the rooms were a bit too warm... But that's just something that you'd expect at this price.
