There isn't an included breakfast. The location is close to the Old Town, but away from the noisy tourist area. We had 6 capsules of coffee. There is a small store with food supplies near by, open until 11 pm, and a coffee shop that opens at 8 am. The balcony overlooks a quiet street with a small park, and is pleasant for having your coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening (even if it was very cold when we visited). The apartment is in a new building, with all the included ammenities.
We had to buy our own shower gel / shampoo, because we were provided with only 4 very small bottles, which wasn't enough for 4 people. There isn't a toaster in the kitchen. The coffee machine is defective and sometimes it crushes the capsules.

Great location, spacious, modern.
Lack of basic maintenance (shower did not stay in holder and fell off, and a few areas needed paint touching up, also exposed wires), a few essentials missing in the kitchen, nothing to dry up with, but generally equipped enough to get by.

Sypialnia w zasadzie bez okna (okno zacienione w sposób stały, wychodzące na klatkę schodową, bez dostępu do powietrza i światła dziennego). Lokal wymagający remontu: meble w łazience zniszczone przez wodę, ściany do malowania, drzwi wypaczone.
