It was great in terms of comfort and cleanliness. I didn't expect so much equipment in the room, I felt at home. It was great that the staff knew English and all the staff was helpful and friendly. We will visit again soon.

The decoration, lights, TV, and hydromassage were amazing.
The privacy was excellent.
Small details like the toothbrush, coffee, the ice machine, and even the elegant welcome card made the experience special.
It’s an excellent hotel with a hydromassage bathtub, and I really hope to return on my next trip.
One screw was missing from the entrance door, and the water pressure in the kitchen was too high.
I would also like two coffee capsules to make an espresso, since I’m Portuguese — it’s the only coffee we really like!

It was a clean room and only about 20 mins walk from the city centre but very close to the train station as well. It was easy to communicate with the staff through booking.com, it was very safe with secured entry and staff working 24hrs
We probably got the worst room in the complex, it was still a decent room but I booked this based on the photos and ended up with the room with the green decor in it which disappointed me, the bed was a double bed with 2 single duvets and not the most comfortable. On the Thursday and Friday morning we where woke up to banging and especially on the Friday there was banging and drilling going on.
