Konumu iyi. Her yere yürüme mesafesi. Temizdi.

Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo dobra. Pieszo na rynek jakieś 25 - 30 minut, na Wawel lepiej podjechać tramwajem, przystanek jakieś 6 - 8 minut od mieszkania. Obsługa na recepcji bez uwag, wszystko ok.
1. Miałem pokój nr. 28 na 3 piętrze w budynku 20H. Wystrój betonowy, miałem wrażenie że ma zatrzeć ślady użytkowania, trochę nieprzyjemny ten beton. 2. Szklane drzwi do łazienki rozbite przy klamce !!! Oczywiście lekko zabezpieczone (załączam zdjęcia) ale jak się jest z dzieckiem to trochę słabo. Dodatkowo drzwi były opuszczone i ciężko się je zamykało. 3. Zamiast prześcieradła dla mojego syna dostaliśmy swego rodzaju podkład (nie było to zbyt komfortowe), poprosiliśmy o normalne prześcieradło i dostaliśmy na drugi dzień (pobyt był dwudniowy). 4. Ręczniki trochę rozdarte (widać duże ślady użytkowania) - załączam zdjęcia 5. Łóżko ok. ale na zagłówku rzepy aby przyczepić duże poduszki po odczepieniu nie wygląda to ładnie.
