All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touchpoints like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.
**NOISE Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**.
This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
Important:
There is a €200 deposit required for this property. This deposit is charged to your account on the day before your arrival and will be refunded to you after your stay.
Please note that cancellations resulting in refund may be subject to any associated cancellation or administration fees.

A great place to stay that is so close to the ferry, train station, and so many shops and restaurants! Everything was exactly as pictured and a very comfortable stay. For those drying and styling their hair, as is common with many places in Europe, you can’t dry your hair in the bathroom & no mirrors in the bedroom so just a heads up. Highly recommend this place!

Good location for shopping and dining within walking distance. Quiet location so slept good. Very close to bus station for travel from Galway to Cork. Host responded quickly to questions about washer/dryer combo use. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Food in refrigerator froze. Need wall mirrors in the bedrooms to use when drying hair and applying makeup. Comforters on beds were very warm. Sweated during the night. Maybe provide sheets or light weight blankets for use.

This was our least favorite of the 5 places we stayed in Ireland, and the most expensive by far. There is no dishwasher- but the listing says there is so I was doing dishes on my vacation. There were no papertowels, so I was dirtying dishes I wouldnt have for sandwiches and things creating more dirty dishes to wash. The washer/dryer has no setting that just drys. So after 4 attempts we just loaded our wet clothes for the next place. And my husband is a handy person who watched a Youtube video on how to operate it and even on a dry cycle only it kept running water into the clothes keeping them wet during a dry cycle. Theres a water pressure pump in a closet right outside the main bedroom door that runs a little high pitch sounding motor for about 3-4 seconds every 30 seconds - 24 hrs a day. It was maddening to try to sleep. So he ended up flipping a switch to shut it off at night and back on in the morning. The main shower had no hot water. Theres one knob you turn for temp and even on the highest setting the shower never gets hot. We labelled it a prison shower because its just warm enough to not say it was a cold shower. Theres no shelves in the shower so all your bottles are on the floor in the tiny stand up shower around you so you go from little to no space in your prison shower.
The parking garage is straight out of a scary movie and the courtyard and elevators are desheveled and just gross.
The location was its only redeeming quality. And it seemed clean.
