Location. Roomy and clean. Nice kitcjen and batthroom.

Issue with hot water in thrme shower, but we figured it out. Host should have let us know about it beforehand. Lockbox was missing the morning of our checkout so some confusion on where to leave the key.

Excellent location and close to all attractions

Location excellent, short walk to all attractions and the bakery on the corner of St Augustine Street is superb.

TV reception very poor and had to stand aerial on the top of the swing bin in the front room to get a decent reception

Great place with a great location!

Absolutely loved the location of this place! Everything is within walking distance - train station, restaurants, meeting point for tours, and pubs. I also love how clean and spacious it is for 4 people. Also, the ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom is a lovely addition. Malcolm has been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended!

Not so much as "didn't like", but a few helpful tips for future customers: 1. Reaching the host via sms/calls is better than messaging on here. 2. To use the shower in the ensuite bathroom, you have to turn the orange switch (right next to the bathroom light/fan swithc) on. To use the shower in the main floor, turn on the faucet first (doesn't matter whether hot/cold), turn on the shower (twist the left end), and adjust the temperature (right end). The water pressure (Galway in general) is not the strongest. 3. Because of its location, make sure you have a white noise in the background when you sleep. There are plenty of options in Spotify.

This place was lovely!! Everywhere you want to go, whether bar, restaurant or shopping you are near!!

The property was close to everything! There is a great little bar 3 doors down…Tony the bartender is awesome, full of history. It was nice having two bathrooms, kitchen & the washing machine. It had all the comforts of home for our group.

There were some lightbulbs that were out, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the washing machine took ages to dry the clothes. There was an alarm in the lobby that kept beeping.

I would not recommend this property to others

The size of the apartment was nice

The apartment was not clean. There was no air conditioning. The living room furniture was very old and worn out. Our feet were filthy from walking around on the floors. There’s mold in one of the bathroom showers for people visiting outside the area. We were surprised by the amount of noise at this location between the birds and the street cleanerswe were up at 6 AM every morning

Good location, decent value. Spacious, and easy to access

The owner doesn’t reply on here. It’s not possible to get a hold of him. Probably thinks it’s free money to have a rental and not make any effort in messaging. No water pressure. The showers are very hard to use and get any good pressure from.

Don’t do it.

Nothing. Malcolm contacted me 3hrs before arrival to advise he had to put us in a different apartment due to a problem with the shower. We arranged to meet at 2pm to get keys. Waited for an hr in the rain with 2 kids before a young guy turned up (Apparently Malcolm conveniently had an appointment). The apartment was dirty, no hot water, no WiFi and nothing like what we had expected. Contacted Malcolm to raise my concerns. He refused to make any contact and unfortunately we had a terrible experience. Don’t make the same mistake and trust this man!

I cannot answer the questions as it is in Irish. The owner needs to have 2keys for the apartment also hooks in the hall for coats. When it rains there is no we’re to hang things. He also needs to be polite when things go wrong. The apartment is well placed parking is a bit of a problem
