Tonn Na Mara - Galway Lakeside Apartments

It was a nice place! Parking, coffee linens were included.

The videos to get to the apartment, entry and parking were VERY confusing. Need new direction videos!

Good space for 3 adults and 2 kids. Location is excellent. Access to parking is straightforward (once we figured out how to get into the car park from the front gate - the guidance could be clearer). Responses to questions were quick via Booking app. Shower was excellent. Nice products provided. Very clean bathrooms and bedrooms.

Impossible to fit buggy through the front gate up steps and into apartment - it wasn’t clear from the description so it caught us off-guard. Washer/dryer is not a dryer. Bathroom door lock is very stiff but door doesn’t stay closed without it - we had a couple of moments where we thought someone was locked in and it was stressful with kids. Check out was very early and check in was very late. Mattresses were very hard and the front rooms are noisy - although earplugs are provided. There is a tv but no real channels or ability to cast.

great location to reach the nightlife but the docks and street were a little noisy

Hosts need to have towel racks in every bathroom and bedroom so that guests can dry their towels each day. There were no towel racks at all.

Location was good

No tumble dryer even though listed. Heating didn’t work well. Car space is around the corner in a car park station, not close to the unit. Very loud and busy street and the street lights from the front and back are very bright into the bedrooms.
