All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops,electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs.IMPORTANT: There is a parking space for 1 vehicle. The car park has a clearance of 2 metres.**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
