Love how the property was in the the perfect location as a tourist. Love the room set up for you group to all stay together.
We all struggled with the lock and could not get in or out. Standing in the wind while each one of us took turns struggling with the key in the lock and the cord attached kept interfering as it was getting in the way. This should be fixed it was irritating and inconvenient.

Location is perfect. Once we turned on heaters the place was warm and the beds were comfy.
The noise level of the area - they need better quality windows and black out blinds in bedrooms as Christmas street lights illuminated the front 3 bedrooms

Was right in the middle of town with only a 2 min walk from eyre square, clean and tidy with two bathrooms both fitted with electric showers

The apartment is large and can comfortably fit 8 adults. The selling point was the location right in the heart of Galway. The communal key secured at the front door was also appreciated given we were a larger group coming and going at different times.
The property was incredibly loud with the bars below - if you don’t bring earplugs, you won’t be sleeping. The bar noise continued until 3am, and then the bins began to get emptied.
It rained while we stayed and both bathrooms had a serious leak via the ceiling, with water covering both bathroom floors and the halls leading to the stairs.
We didn’t use the kitchen much, but did notice that some utensils were filthy, with old starchy food stuck to the sieve in the drawer.
The key/door is difficult to operate and those with hand or mobility issues would struggle.
Please get new pillows for the beds - they are totally lifeless.
