Great location and good facilities just needs a few upgrades.

Very central in the city, the Christmas market was just down the road. Parking was good and felt safe leaving the car.

The bed just wasn’t comfortable. Really hard pillows and mattress. Would have preferred a slightly bigger bed.

Amazing condo in Galway!

Amazing apartment, very clean and comfortable. Location was great, just a few minutes walk to the main street, pubs and Christmas market but the apartment was very quiet and comfortable.

It was a little tricky driving in and finding the parking. Staff was very helpful to explain. Rained every day

Central location with views of Galway Bay from 4th floor. Apartment was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Staff at the Western Hotel, where keys are collected, were most helpful. Parking was included in very secure, underground garage.

Reception at the hotel (apartments are at a different location, near by) gave us directions for the car parking, it looked simple but due to a one way road system was very confusing and hard to find.

Very large apartment, nice to have the space. Lots of instructions for key collection which was helpful. Parking was good. Location was convenient.

The property was fine, it is just very tired, needs a spruce up and could be so much better. Beds are only double, so very small for two people. Kitchen could do with some extra things in and basic things like paper towels etc.

There were three of us and it was a perfect fit.

The area was very near the Eyre Square and the train station. The apartment was open and you can see for miles. We didn't have a car but I think they have parking for one car.

That we couldn't stay longer in this lovely apartment. We had to get back to Dublin

Nice and close to the Latin Quarter

Good location, close to the city centre within walking distance. 2 minute walk to the Latin Quarter. Clean, large and tidy.

Everything was perfect. The only thing was, we've been travelling for 4 weeks and we just wanted to cook a home cooked meal. And there were no large pots. At least a 3 litre pot to boil some water for pasta. 3 had all the small pots going.

VERY disappointed

It was TERRIBLE.

Suite 8 is next to a Large Vent from a restaurant. The sound emanating into the room is like an idling aircraft from 10:30am to 11pm. Plus the smells are blown into the suite. No facilities in the suite as in basic shelves in bathroom, even in shower. Everything has to go on the floor. There is a laundry machine but no equipment to hang wet laundry, not even hangers. No instructions on how to use laundry or dishwasher. No information on cleaning the rooms. Towels are so thin and small. The pillows are like rocks. I requested softer and told they don’t have. Suite 6 has no coffee maker . Both suites have a lot of road noise. Rock hard pillows. No shelves in bathroom also. Thin tiny towels as well. I complained to Stephanie the on duty Manager and was told i should have requested earplugs! Was totally disinterested in my very polite complaints. She was verging on rude. This place is 1 star for 5 star price. It was a VERY unpleasant experience

The bed in one room was very uncomfortable-lumpy. The checkout at the hotel went just fine. Very nice staff. But having to use the key fob to get out of parking garage meant having to find parking on the street to go return key fobs.

Amazing penthouse and exceptional service!

Enormous, beautiful apartment with amazing views from inside and from the huge terrace. Great location in the center of town and within walking distance to everything. Fully equipped kitchen and two supermarkets within an 5 minute walk to make cooking in a pleasure. Wonderful service. Exceptional management that went above and beyond to make sure a phone and chargers accidentally left in the room were returned. It was a 10 out of 10 stay just based on the fabulous penthouse but when the manager went out of her way…literally…and had the phone returned by dropping it at the train station with a conductor going to our destination, I knew this was a special place with outstanding management truly committed to her guests. I don’t want to just stay here again, I want to live in the penthouse!

Washer/dryer DID not work. We planned to do laundry at this stop instead we had to go to a laundromat the next day. The entire unit has only two windows that open. It was a hot/humid night and we could not get any air flow. Made for a restless night.

From Booking.com website you receive info that you go to the apartment block and collect your key from the reception desk that is 24 hrs manned. This is totally incorrect. The reception desk in apartment block isn’t in use anymore and you have to collect your key in nearby “ The Western Hotel”. Which you can’t stop or park your car at entrance but have to drive in side street to be able to go to the back and underneath this hotel to be able to park your car and go up to their reception to get your key and description on how to drive to apartment block own car park. For this reason I think the booking.com site needs updating on how and where to collect the apartment block key and as suggestion, to call The Western Hotel Reception on their number which should be given in on website, on how to get to this Hotel parking and their reception desk. The Western Hotel receptionist was very professional and friendly and gave clear instructions on how to get by car to Apartment Block Garage by also supplying a city map on which she draw the route to take. I believe when above is addressed on your booking.com website it will really help your clients to find and access the apartment block and parking.

Had housekeepers walk in my apartment at 11 in the morning even though I paid for extended late checkout at 1 pm. And it was very embarrassing The manager on shift wasn't much of help. It's a shame cause the place and location is pretty good.

Very very very convoluted system to check in , they could easily have somebody meet u at property with keys but no they make u drive all from place to place or walk 10 mins to get keys , not good , parking too tight for any modern car , reception rang us at 11am on the button asking why we weren’t out !!!! 😡, wouldn’t let us leave car in space while we went to get breakfast ! (Even though nobody would be using it until 3pm , because they wouldn’t let us check in a minute before 3pm , no respect or consideration for guests whatsoever , rudest hotel staff I have ever ever dealt with and we had spent almost €900 to stay 1 night in 2 apartments , decor was the cheapest and nastiest I’ve seen in a long time , apartments even though we’re on the 3rd floor you could still hear all the noise from the pubs and nightclubs across the road , apartments were so airless and stuffy , kept having to wake up , open windows for 10 mins then close them again because of noise , awful experience that I will not repeat , it’s no wonder these apartments were still available at last minute during race week , vomit in the outside of the bathroom sink that hadn’t been cleaned away 🤢
