The Western Citypoint Apartments

The view, the whole apartment was gorgeous

The parking, we couldnt find the car park behind the hotel, it would of been more helpful if directions were sent in email with the confirmation. We had to pay for parking for only 5-10 minutes until we could get in the private parking

We are returning customers and were not dissappointed. The room is very spacious with a lounge area. Kitchen, dinning, terrace, 2x bedrooms and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had parking included which was great. Location was good right in the heart of Eyre Square. Lots of shops and bars around. Wasnt too noisy and had a view of the ocean.

Very warm and no aircon or fans but this was very minor for us as we were out exploring most of the time. We opened the door to let the breeze come through at night. Just kept the blinds down during the day as we stayed during a heat wave.

Brilliant location. Central to everything in Galway

Car parking space was very tight.

Beautiful apartment and nice location

No hot water x 2 days Back bedroom didn’t have black out blinds and the light shining in from the walkway was soooo bright the shades didn’t dim it at all - looked like we were sleeping during the day it was so bright. (Picture included). Back room security issue - unable to open window to let in cool air at night (so hot while we were there)without people walking by and looking in! Didn’t feel safe sleeping with it open. Toilet was running non-stop but staff was quick to respond and fix the issue!
