Size was amazing and we got upgrade to penthouse which was amazing

Maybe a few more utensils in kitchen- grater, wooden spoons, serving bowls/ pasta bowls..considering how big kitchen was it would be lovely to be able to cook a nice dinner and enjoy it with the amazing view

Great communication and ease to pick up keys -

harder to get to the parking lot where the rental actually was, but the location was excellent once we figured it out.

Central location in the heart of Galway. Easy stroll to Eyre Square and the Latin Quarter. The apartment was very nicely presented with the added bonus of quite a large balcony for our own use.

Spacious. Nice views. Clean.

First submittal rejected for naming names. So fine ... no names. A manager provided extremely poor customer service and should be severely reprimanded. Before arrival, I exchanged emails with the property regarding a working washer/dryer. Emails from the property said they would do our laundry if they weren't operating. Dryer time exceeded 4 hours without drying ... that is broken! The manager would not honor the email confirmation to get the laundry done. Further, the manager argued with me about this. Staff confirmed drying should not take this long. In the end, the manager completely blew it from a customer service perspective. We did laundry offsite instead for 15Euro. So the manager decided 15Euro was worth arguing about for a bad review! The management needs training on proper customer service!
