It was of the Main Street so nice and quiet

Location is super.
Warm / cosy.
Very nice and helpful staff.
Being close to town there's noise but that's expected tbf.
No parking, difficult to unload luggage down a busy lane.
Ice machine on fridge not working.
Shared bathrooms, not ensuite.

The length of time it took to gain access to the property. It was not at the address indicated.
Additionally, the shower in the two upstairs bathrooms did not work.
Furthermore, I was not told that access involved a time consuming process of providing a security deposit.
