Despite the problems with the lack of sleep due to the faulty window, we had a great stay in Galway.

The location is excellent in terms of proximity to the city. The agents I dealt with were helpful, approachable and available to answer any questions. The property was easy to access.

Some of the furniture was broken and uncomfortable. The window in the main bedroom, which faces the road, wouldn't close which left the room chilly and very noisy.

BEAUTIFUL CITY, LOVELY APARTMENT IN AN IDEAL AREA

CENTRAL LOCATION FOR EVERYTHING, ALL IN MINIMUM WALKING DISTANCE, CLEAN RIGHT OPPOSITE THE QUAY VERY CLEAN

KEY CARDS FOR ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY WHERE A BIT DODGY AT ONE POINT WAS THERE FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES TRYING TO ACCESS THE GATEWAY TO GET INTO PROPERTY NOT IDEAL LATE AT NIGHT

Location was good, living room/kitchen were big enough.

First of all, trying to park and get inside was difficult. It was a building located in a busy place, so we had to drop 2 people off to get into the condo, retrieve keys and then get back to a gate to let the car into the garage to be parked. This proved to be difficult and confusing, especially once we realized management could have just given us a keypad code to get into garage instead of a swipe card. This required the other 2 people to circle the block for 15 minutes in busy traffic until we could get back with said swipe card. We were told “drinks & snacks would be waiting our arrival, which they were not, unless they were referring to tap water and freeze dried coffee?? Towels…lacking in them for 4 people. Notified management and they gave me a code to open a closet to retrieve some. We could not believe when we opened it that they thought we would use towels out of it, the ‘closet’ was disgusting (see attached photo). One bath was super tiny, with no where to set anything and only one teeny towel rack to hang anything. Shower was teeny and no where to put your soap or shampoo. Where were we supposed to put a bar of soap, on the floor? As most baths in Ireland cannot plug blow dryer or flatiron in, which is okay IF you have a mirror in your bedroom to complete such activities, which there was not. The bedrooms had nowhere also to set anything down except two little nightstands. All 3 bedrooms had large wardrobe closets which we were unable to use because they were stuffed messily with extra bedding. The living room window and larger bedroom had windows with broken hinges making them unable to open. That same bedroom had an unworking fan in the bath so everything got stuffy after a shower.

Very clean, plenty 9f towels and linen provided

One of the sofa beds couldnt be used because there was no room to pull it out. Locagion has a fabulous view but a bit of a distance if returning from shopping. We used taxis to return at night time.

The location was perfect. Central to the night life, local tourist attractions and shopping. The balcony area was lovely. Parking was an added bonus and there's a car park right next door to the apartments which was perfect for the extra cars.

The house was a little dated. Could tell it needs a bit of TLC, few marks on the floor etc and a strong smell of alcohol which turned out to be spilled cans of larger under the sofa which we discovered when we moved it for watching a movie together. I contacted the agency to let them know there was a strong smell of alcohol to which i was told it was the cleaning chemicals the cleaners have to use due to covid. We had 7 stay in the end from a possible 10 which I was relieved about because it would have been a tight squeeze to comfortably sleep everyone.

View from back bedrooms was the car park but that honestly didn’t matter to us.

Fantastic location, spotless apartment and very comfortable.

Elisa was fantastic, very efficient and the apartment was spotless. Lovely snacks on arrival. Great location and view. We had issues with the hot water and Elisa made it a priority to try and fix it for us.

There was no electric shower in the apartment, the water was heated by the immersion. We were a group of 7 girls and the water wasn't hot enough to begin with and we had to be mindful of how we spared the hot water.

Great location in the heart of Galway with lots of room for a family to stay comfortably.

The location was amazing, so close to everything we wanted to see in Galway. It was nice to have laundry available and the kitchen was well stocked. The check in staff were good at communicating and we got situated pretty quickly. Very nice to have a living room and dining table to gather in after staying in hotels.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the couches were very tired. Toilet seat in the master bath was broken. The balcony had the most disgusting looking ashtray on it which made it very undesirable to use if the weather had been warmer.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist eine absolute Katastrophe: alt und abgewohnt, schmutzig, Schimmel überall, Löcher on den Wänden, zerrissene fleckige Laken, kaputte Fenster, Zugang über zwei Levels eines Parkhauses!!! Die Bilder in der Beschreibung müssen AI- generiert sein, denn die Realität ist einfach nur grässlich! Wir sind sofort in ein naheliegendes Hotel gezogen.

- Detaljert innsjekkingsinfo burde ha kommet tidligere. - Det var ikke passende for ni voksne, det var det alt for trangt til. (Og det er i alle fall ikke elleve voksne, som det markedsføres for). Det var ikke mulig å benytte leiligheten til hangout noe særlig i ettersom vi måtte ommøblere med ekstrasengen der spisebordet sto. - Sengene var ukomfortable og begge sovesofaene i stuen var knekt. - Alt sengetøyet var heller ikke rent. - Det var ikke blendegardin i stua, sola slapp rett inn fra tidlig morgen. Det var knekt strykebrett. Det var ikke klesstativ/-snor for å få tørket vaskede klær. Oppvaskmaskinen var ikke tømt. Den ene viften på badet «sto» det støv ut av, så den må tømmes for støv før den blir enda mer brannfarlig. Ikke verdt pengene.
