Excellent location in the Salt Hill neighborhood, with excellent walking to local shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, impeccably clean

The washer dryer combination was a bit of a challenge to figure out. Notable, there is no feature to just dry clothing. We ended up having to leave with wet clothing and find a wash.me to dry our clothing. The other problem we had was that people parked in the handicapped parking spot and were not handicapped

Location right next to the water was very nice.

The Nescafé instant coffee. A real coffee maker would be nice. But that is all they had in all the hotels we stayed at in Ireland.

Parking first come first serve, ground floor has constant noise and disruption from people coming and going, hanging about outside and work vans and cars parking right outside the front window. The sea views are totally comprised. The staff didn’t respond to concerns and felt like the operation was run on Ai as just kept getting how is your stay messages and when I replied was ignored. Doors slam shut and make it feel claustrophobic. The kitchen was bare of little things like washing up liquid, condiments and dishwasher tablets also no washing powder for the washing machine. Felt like minimal things for cooking etc too. I would not recommend which is a shame as I expect the top floors with the views are nice and if they just made it more homely rather than a money trap enterprise.
