Shoreline Apartments

Nice modern & spacious apartment with lovely glass patio doors looking out to salthill promenade. Great facilities for cooking or entertaining in if you choose to. Beds comfortable and in general the place was very clean and well kept. Close and easy access to the beach for a swim.

Check in was 4pm and check out was 10am. There was no scope for any change to either time as we requested both and were politely told no chance. Even though on the day we left we returned to get something at 1pm and the apartment had still not been cleaned (we had checked out but our apartment was ground floor so we could see from the patio in).

Great sea front location. Apartment with all amenities could need for a few nights.

The parking should be restricted to one space per apartment as far too many cars in the parking lot meant I couldn’t get a spot for 3 nights. Also it was Galway races week, but we paid a lot of money to stay!

It was a perfect spot for a family weekend break in Galway.

Parking first come first serve, ground floor has constant noise and disruption from people coming and going, hanging about outside and work vans and cars parking right outside the front window. The sea views are totally comprised. The staff didn’t respond to concerns and felt like the operation was run on Ai as just kept getting how is your stay messages and when I replied was ignored. Doors slam shut and make it feel claustrophobic. The kitchen was bare of little things like washing up liquid, condiments and dishwasher tablets also no washing powder for the washing machine. Felt like minimal things for cooking etc too. I would not recommend which is a shame as I expect the top floors with the views are nice and if they just made it more homely rather than a money trap enterprise.
