we arrived from Dublin by train and the location couldn’t be better. the check in process was easy and we didn’t have any trouble with finding the apartment or getting in. the apartment is huge! there were 3 of us and we always book several rooms in hotels whenever we are traveling, but this apartment was just perfect, there were 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a huge living room and kitchen with all the necessary amenities. after the long day at Cliffs of Moher it was very nice to come back to such a comfortable apartment.

it wasn’t hot, but was a little stuffy at night without AC. the smell in the area from elevator to the apartment wasn’t very pleasant.

Location was excellent. I asked for late check out as check out time is 10am, which is not industry norm. They allowed 11am check out and were responsive. Apartment was clean. Self check in was easy. Apartment area felt very safe. Instructions how to gain access were v clear and easy to follow as there is no manned check in. Apartment was nice and cleaned well.

Check in 4pm and check out 10am, this is outside industry norm and too late check in and too early check out. Apartments too hot. Weather was not very hot when we were there but v little air circulating in the apartment even with windows open. Lift door closes unusually fast. If you stay you'll understand immediately what I mean. Beds are v low quality, not comfortable, mattress feels cheap. Some small changes would make a big difference. 3pm check in, 11am check out as norm. Change setting on lift door to not close so fast. New better quality mattresses. They feel like cheap hostel level quality. Something to help air circulation, even to provide a fan.
