Sea Break is a well-appointed and well laid out home. 3 bedroom and 2 baths give plenty of space for the family or group of friends.
Enjoy gathering for meals in the open kitchen/dining area complete with a double-sided fireplace. Please note that only presto logs can be used in the fireplace. Enjoy the other side in the family room or on a nice day sit out on the spacious deck.

The house was very well kept. Pet friendly with enclosed fence. We had nice weather so there was plenty off outdoor space. There is one thing that renters should know. There are cameras everywhere outside. Even in the hot tub area. There is also 2 cameras inside living room, which privacy is an issue. Very uncomfortable feeling.

The mattresses need to be replaced, and some of the white towels were stained. Two keys were allowed for access, but only one worked. The house was comfortable and well-suited for walking and journeys into town. The laundry facilities are good, and overall cleanliness was first-class.

Our first trip to Yachats in over 20 years. This is as good as VRBO gets. Lovely 3 bedroom very well decorated and appointed house with every detail well conceived and well done. Easy parking, easy covered and protected breezeway entrance, quiet side street location only 2 blocks from ocean and the marvelous extensive walking pathways of Yachats. Easy stroll along the ocean (15-20 minutes) to "downtown" Yachats which has several fine restaurants and other shops and services. Large and very functional kitchen really had everything a good chef would need including plenty of countertop and island surface for prep work. Bedrooms very comfortable, quiet and good shades. Large bathrooms, one with tub, very nice dining room with a through and through fireplace that joins the large comfortable living room. TV's in every room for those who wish them. Beautiful full sized pool table in separate front room for those who know how to play. Full size laundry with large washer and dryer and laundry sink. House looks dog friendly with some accessories tucked here and there. Lovely fenced in back yard with picnic table, large gas barbecue grill, hot tub (which we didn't use) and well maintained plantings. Nice front deck with good sun exposure. We had perfect weather this week which made it all the more enjoyable but house was well equipped with lots of books, movies, games, etc. for those potential rainy days. We will be back!

When I booked this house, I did it with stormy weather in mind. We made use of the hot tub accept during the sixty mile in hour gusts. For this reason, we chose not to use the fireplace. The pool table was a lot of fun to play. We would have walked to the beach, but the wind was blowing too hard. We were able to cook prime rib with all the fixings for Christmas Eve.The potential for tide pooling in the area will encourage me to come back and book another stay in the future.

Wonderful cozy house which was perfect for us and our 2 adult children. Bedrooms were big and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking meals every evening. The lounge area was roomy and relaxing. We loved the pool table and the hot tub, great bonuses to an already super house. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs to run although the front gate was broken so we had to temporarily fix it. The property is in an ideal location very close to the coastline and a walkable distance to the town center. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

I needed an escape. This was it, for sure. Very comfortable, well appointed and near the walking path into town. Next time I’ll bring family :) For the suggestion box: 1. Switch to fragrance free laundry products? Those comfy bedsheets smelled wayyyy too much. I stripped and washed them myself, then slept dreamily. 2. If you’re spoiled with Mckenzie River drinking water like me, maybe bring your own drinking water. 3. I made the house a little smokey with the tempting fireplace. Don’t try the regular firewood; you’ll likely get smoked out too …. Thank you to the friendly management person who helped me puzzle through that. :) Thank you! We’ll be back.

The home was very nice, it has everything you would need in the kitchen! Just a short walk to see the ocean, you aren’t able to go down to the beach from this location however. The living room is large with 2 comfy chairs and had 2 couches , they were not the best for comfort. We stayed 2 weeks and I’m now happy to be in my recliners. Overall it was nice.

We really enjoyed our time in Yachats. The house had everything we could have needed! Our corgis enjoyed the fenced yard and enclosed deck, the teens loved the rocks shop in town, and we all spent hours on the beach in the sun. Highly recommend this home!

This was a wonderful 3 night stay. We had an unexpected family death days before arriving but continued with our plans and it was just the healing and processing we needed in a beautiful location. The house, hot-tub and all the little touches were so appreciated! I would definitely return.

The house had everything we could possibly need! They have done an amazing job of making the home a comfortable place to visit. The two issues we had was the one toilet was a bit touchy and would usually not flush with one flush. The other issue we had is that there is a fence but the yard is not fully enclosed so that we had to take our dog out into the yard on a leash. It would be fantastic if they would be able to put in a gate between the house and garage so that it would be safe for your pets to go out by themselves. We definitely would stay here again.

The smaller bathroom could use a little attention - toilet consistently not flushing right and soap dispenser in shower/bath kept coming off the wall. This was our second time here in 2 years - noticeable improvements and upgrades by the owner who is clearly attentive - we have confidence the "small" things will be corrected - One suggested kitchen appliance addition that would be very useful - a blender - we are smoothie people!

The only ‘negatives’ were:
-the fenced back yard is not completely fenced so if you bring a dog, know the yard is not fully fenced.
-there is a camera at the door. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice if it were stated in the rental info. Walking from the door to the hot tub with a camera on you felt weird.

This place is great, I highly recommend it! The house is in good condition, well furnished, and has a large kitchen with nice appliances and cookware. There is a Keurig coffee maker in addition to a regular drip coffee maker. Note that they do not supply more than "starter" paper products and they do not supply spices, cooking oils, etc. This was well communicated via email before our arrival date, so we knew what to pack. The yard was partially fenced and the neighbor was working on building a fence, so it will likely be fully fenced soon. We loved the layout because we had one family of three and one couple. The couple slept in the King suite on one side of the house and the family took the two queen bed rooms +shared bath on the other side of the house. The Hot tub was great too. We definitely want to stay here again!

So comfortable and well-equipped. Plenty of space for everyone. Everyone learned to play pool. We had a teenager along to help get TVS working. DISH set up so could sign into his Netflix. View of ocean from living room and deck. Great access to beach trail. Hot tub lots of fun. Only issue was grill hadn't been cleaned. Easy to report to manager.

Beautiful House with a nice Hot Tub and pool table included... Beautiful view of the ocean right out front and you can hear the waves all day and night... Gorgeous... I highly Recommend and consider staying here again in the near future
