Neptune's Nest is an affordable and well cared for two story home that will sleep 4-6 people. The home has two bedrooms each with queen beds, as well as two window alcove sleeping areas and a futon suitable for kids. Other amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, 1 1/2 bath, Livingroom with flatscreen TV/DVD.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this comfortable home works well for those looking to get away from it all at a great price. Come and relax on the deck with a cold beverage while watching our neighborhood deer meander through our backyard! Or, take a five minute walk into town to shop or eat. Yachats Ocean Rd is located just across the street and is the nearest sandy beach access - again just another five minute walk from the house.

The neighborhood pool, hot tub and tennis courts are open and available seasonally June 29 through Labor Day.

Please note: This home is dog friendly with a two dog maximum. A $100.00 fee applies. While we welcome your dogs, we do not allow them to be on furniture or bedding. Please let us know if you have questions about this policy

Absolutely loved the neighborhood! The house was cute and the decor was themed, but simple. There was mention of using the trash outside of the home before we left, I walked the neighborhood thinking it was a big dumpster but couldn’t find it, so we just collected it and put it in the trash in the garage and hope that was correct. The only critique is some of the knives in the knife block were used and put back and so was the garlic mincer. I cleaned everything as best I could, but maybe all the utensils and dishes need a good cleaning.

I messed up the dates of the rental.The owner was more than understanding, and corrected my mistake.The house was nice. You could walk into town in about 5 to 10 minutes.

Very clean. We lacked nothing. Well supplied with kitchen accoutrements, clean towels, good light for reading. Location was fine for us. We didn’t need a view. We hiked on the beach and returned to the house for a cozy dinner at the table. Lucky to have a storm rattle the windows a bit. Overall, nice holiday experience.

Great access to the beach once we learned about the path that did not involve daring the 101 cross on the road. Walk into town thru the neighborhood was easy. Would love to have enjoyed the pool but it was not open for the exact days we were booked for.

Wow! Beautiful light, bright and airy home. Classy decor. Fabulous setting within walking distance of Yachats River. Natural habitat at river's edge feels like heaven. Two window seats and the tiny hobbit room were delightful. Comfy beds. Realky nice selection of puzzles. Exceeded our expectations and made fir a joyful 4 day birthday get away

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious living room kitchen and deck. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the little birds that were in the middle of migration play in the evening. Rooms are good size. There were some minor issues with the beds being a little soft for our taste but overall a nice weekend spot that is in a great location.
