The beautiful "Palais Massena" is a 2 bedroom apartment on a high floor. Its location on the pedestrian zone and at the foot of the famous Massena Square. You will be in the heart of Nice life and you will enjoy the magical view of the mountains and the lights of the Square at night.
The completely renovated apartment has a classic chic decoration. The shades will remind you of the pure and virgin Mediterranean seashores: clean and beige tones and natural grey wood furniture.
You will be seduced by the large size of the apartment and by the cozy atmosphere. Its two beautiful bedrooms configured as hotel suites with their private bathrooms will give you all the comfort you will need.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor and has access by elevator from the 1st floor. It has a free internet wifi connection by fiber optic.
"PALAIS MASSENA" has an exceptional location in the Carré D'Or. Located at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, you will be at the foot of Massena Square and the main shopping avenue of the city: Jean Médecin. All the must-see places of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: the "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city), the Old Nice and its local specialties and the Promenade and its numerous beaches.
At 10 seconds from the apartment you will find the tram that will allow you to move easily throughout the city. You will also be near a bus stop with several buses.
The city offers many Blue Bike points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center.
The train station is a few minutes walk.
Nice airport is only 15min drive away.

The second bedroom is composed of a Queen size bed with a high quality thick mattress and a wardrobe. It has air conditioning and also has its own private bathroom.

It includes a shower, a towel dryer, a hairdryer and a toilet.

In a closet in the bathroom is a washing machine.

Property in the middle of everything.
Very spacious. Very clean. Huge bedrooms and living areas. Had a washing machine to do laundry.
Only complaint is that getting the keys for the apartment was a tiny hassle. Had to pick up and drop off keys from a kiosk that’s about a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
However, I had no issues and the apartment is worth the minor inconvenience.

Great location right in the heart of Palais Messena ...steps away from the beach and the charm of Old Town. Clean and comfortable for a family of four. Easy walk to the train station to explore the other great towns and cities along the Cote d'Azur!

Apartment was perfectly located. We had some issues with the unit in terms of a broken bed, which was fixed quickly and a couple of their issues, but all of which were fixed quickly by the property management team kudos to them, but overall this isn't above average apartment. I wouldn't call luxurious but was ok for a 3 to 4 day stay. The locks are impossible to operate and the check-in and checkout process is ridiculous.
