About this apartment rental
Beautiful bright 145 m2 apartment decorated with designer furniture and artwork throughout.
The apartment has a large living room / dining room leading to a bay window and access to large & sunny terrace. It has 2 double & 1 single bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has 1 king size bed an ensuite bathroom and a dressing area. The 2nd double bedroom can be prepared with 1 double bed or 2 twin beds depending on what the guests need. The single bedroom has 1 single bed. These 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom.
Centrally located, 1 block from Paseo de Gracia with its boutiques and restaurants, Mercat de la Concepció (fresh food market just 2 blocks away), Casa Batllò, La Pedrera etc.
Easy access to public transport, ideal for families, groups or professionals. Fully equipped kitchen and work area.
Stays of over 1 week include 1 weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels Monday to Friday). Additional cleaning is possible, please ask about the rates.
Have small children? Don't worry, we are happy to provide you with a high chair, baby cot, lamp and mixer for baby food for your little one during your stay. (there is a € 90 + VAT fee for the baby kit).
THE CITY OF BARCELONA TAXES TO CITY TAX SIMILAR TO THOSE CHARGED BY HOTELS. THE RATE IS € 2.48 PER PERSON (OVER THE AGE OF 16) PER NIGHT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS. THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECK IN.
There is a € 30 extra charge for late check ins (after 8pm).
Please be careful with the keys if you loose them there is a € 100 charge for each lost set of keys.

Looks just like the pictures, even better! Very large space, updated with great amenities, beautiful old world charm, and a large outdoor terrace. Walking to everything, very well situated. Beds were comfy and coffee was provided. Would definitely recommend!

My Parents, my wife and I stayed in this lovely, large apartment right in the heart of the fashion district. We had a great stay. Sooo much common space to share. A very large master bedroom with a private full bathroom, and two smaller bedrooms, one particularly small (with a single bed). We only used two bedrooms and used the third for luggage. Apartment had a large outdoor area for lounging in style.
The only disappointment, which is why I could not give it 5 stars was the listing implied there was parking, and there was not... you had to find a local public parking area on your own and pay for that in addition. There is plenty of public lots within walking distance, but be prepared to pay for it, outside of the cost of this apartment. This was misleading. Outside of this, we had a great time.
