About this apartment rental
Beautiful 100m2 apartment decorated with designer furniture throughout. Large living room open kitchen area with bay window. It has 2 double & 1 single bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom's ensuite leads to a large & sunny terrace.
The 2nd double bedroom can be prepared with EITHER 1 double bed OR 2 twin beds. The single bedroom is normally prepared with 1 single bed. It does have a pull out bed which can accommodate a 2nd guest but this limits movement in the bedroom as it is a small room.
Centrally located, 1 block from Paseo de Gracia with its boutiques and restaurants, Mercat de la Concepció (fresh food market just 2 blocks away), Casa Batllò, La Pedrera etc.
Easy access to public transport, ideal for families, groups or professionals.
Fully equipped kitchen- safe box.
Stays of over 1 week include 1 weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels (Monday to Friday). Additional cleaning is possible, please ask about the rates.
Have small children? Don't worry, we are happy to provide you with a high chair, baby cot, lamp and mixer for baby food for your little one during your stay. (there is a € 90 + VAT fee for the baby kit).
THE CITY OF BARCELONA TAXES TO CITY TAX SIMILAR TO THOSE CHARGED BY HOTELS. THE RATE IS € 2.48 PER PERSON (OVER THE AGE OF 16) PER NIGHT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS. THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECK IN.
There is a € 30 extra charge for late check ins (after 8pm).
Please be careful with the keys if you loose them there is a € 100 charge for each lost set of keys.

Thia unit worked out really well for our family of four (two young children plus parents) visiting Barcelona. The location is central and top-notch (very close to Casa Battlo) with great restaurants in every direction. The unit itself was spacious and quiet with a private deck. Heike was responsive with respect to the few issues that arose during our stay. Would stay again.

Beautiful 1930’s apartment located in the heart of Eixample. Close walking distance to La Rambla as well as the favorites of Barcelona locals. Property has modern accommodations including a spacious and charming terrace, perfect for summer evenings. This location was amazing, giving our family of four the opportunity to live like locals. Exactly as described and shown in listing. During our stay, we did encounter some construction noise from neighboring residents. The property manager was great to work with once we inquired, but it would have been helpful to know ahead of time. That said, I would still consider this property a rare find.

This apartment is stunning and was very spacious for our family of 4. There are two metro stations close by and a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars and Gaudi sights to see. Bustling and vibrant area, yet the apartment felt quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely helpful, and the process could not have been easier. Would recommend.
