Huge apartment and very nice. Great mattress, showers, location and service. We stayed as a couple but it would be great for 4 people

It’s very very dark. A lot of lamps are not working what makes the whole apartment even darker than it is. Also it was a little bit with dust and there were a used towel under the sink of the bathroom

Location was perfect and very central close by to all coffee shops, restaurants and public transport Kitchen was fully stocked and TV had netflix. Internet was fast. Lift worked perfectly and wasn't slow. Bed was a great big size and very comfortable. Views from the balcony were nice and a good chill at night.

The lighting in the place could have been brighter everywhere. More mirrors and a full length mirror would be better. A bigger ironing board. Door handle in the living room needs to be fixed.

The architecture of the building is so historical, the apartment is cozy, well equipped and gives a lure to stay there for long

Overall feel, size and the decor of rooms made you feel in a past period, very authentic Barcelona apartment. The entry to the building was spotless, the old lift was surprisingly easy to use and gave lovely nostalgic feel. The lady who controlled the building was always there and very polite and helpful.

What really let the property down was the clear lack of basic maintenance and tender love and care, the most iconic part of the apartment was the stain glass windows on the balcony which needed a thorough clean, we couldn’t help but count 18 light bulbs that were not working, except the second bedroom lights that would not turn off, disappointingly a fault already known by the owner. The lighting in this apartment is important to help counter the dark decor. There was literally no where to hang or store clothes, longer than two nights would have been a problem. Nothing to dry kitchen ware or clean properly. The owners need to step up and respect the apartment and the guests who book this property for what it is, we paid a premium for our stay but felt let down.
