El apartamento está bastante bien, tenía un poco de todo, estaba limpio y era muy luminoso. La mujer que nos dió las llaves, Montserrat, fue muy amable. El piso está super bien ubicado, al lado de Casa Batlló.
El ascensor funcionaba regular y olía mal. El baño daba al mismo hueco del ascensor y también olía bastante desagradable.

Il gestore è stato disponibile e gentile durante il soggiorno. Wi-Fi veloce e subito disponibile tramite codice QR, molto comodo. Asciugamani e kit bagno forniti in abbondanza. Posizione molto pratica, con supermercato (anche notturno) proprio di fronte. Appartamento nel complesso funzionale e ben organizzato.
La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata, anche se l’appartamento non era sporco. Il bagno è un po’ datato. L’appartamento risulta leggermente rumoroso per la presenza della metro nonostante il quarto piano. L’ascensore aveva un odore molto sgradevole(ma non credo si possa fare molto). Pentolame e utensili da cucina piuttosto usurati, sarebbe meglio sostituirli.

Elevator broke down once. Air conditioner wasn’t reliable. Hot water tank burst
