Access to public transport and quiet area when you get home from Disney.
Mixed cutlery and not enough coffee or drinking mugs, but owner did offer to bring more

Location excellent, walking distance to RER, one stop to Disneyland, and plenty of restaurants/shopping.
Property smaller than appeared, had to email host for Wi-Fi (this should be in the property), no welcome pack, hob didn’t work (no instructions). The biggest issue for us was paintwork that was happening, no advance notice and the paint smell was so overpowering we had to leave balcony door open for duration of stay (not ideal with a child).
