The location of the hotel is good, a really nice view of the lake from the hotel room. The receptionist was friendly, but she could give some more information. The room is spacious, fairly clean, maybe the emphasis is on hidden corners - dust. The floors are loud - they creak. Breakfast is good for the price, maybe some choice of hot dishes more - only eggs available. In the end, satisfied with the overnight stay. Price-quality ratio - ok.

Breakfast was very good and sauna as well. The staff from the hotel was polite, kind, and more than helpful.

Maybe dinner was not so good (it was not bad either) but I also have specific eating habits that I did not highlight when I made the reservation.

Ubytování bylo krásné, jako na zámku - chodby plné obrazů, nádherná jídelna. Vyzdvihujeme velice příjemný personál, a to jak u snídaně, tak především "Frau Edith" - milá, ochotná, vstřícná paní. Snídaně dostatečné s každodenní drobnou obměnou, na přání míchaná vajíčka nebo hemenex a čerstvou kávu v malé konvičče na stůl. Mají tu sauničku, k zapůjčení zdarma župany. Restaurace je v provozu až v létě, ale mohli jsme využívat "salon" naproti recepci - maji velký arzenál stolních her. Okolí nádherné (jezero, trasy atd.) - rádi se vrátíme v létě. Lyžování cca 20 minut odsud. Doporučujeme!

Není tu lyžárna, ale lyžáky se mohly ponechat kousek ta recepcí.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaiser Franz Josef war herzlich, entspannt und rundum angenehm – ich habe mich mit meinen zwei

Auf meiner Reise von Kroatien nach Deutschland habe ich im Hotel Kaiser Franz Josef einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt – und ich bin wirklich begeistert. Schon beim Empfang wurde ich herzlich begrüßt. Die Empfangsdame war außergewöhnlich freundlich, offen und herzlich – wir haben uns sofort nett unterhalten und ich habe mich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Besonders schön: Meine zwei Hunde waren problemlos erlaubt. Beim Frühstück wurde mir sogar angeboten, in einem eigenen Raum mit meinen Hunden zu sitzen – diese Aufmerksamkeit und Rücksichtnahme fand ich wirklich besonders. Das Zimmer war klein, aber fein, sehr gemütlich und mit einem tollen Balkon. Ich persönlich liebe diesen alten, charmanten Stil des Hotels – es hat Charakter und eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Für mich steht fest: Wenn ich künftig wieder auf dieser Strecke unterwegs bin und einen Zwischenstopp brauche, werde ich sehr gerne wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! 🌸

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt dank ruhiger Atmosphäre, hohem Komfort und ausgezeichnetem Schlaf nach einem aktiven Tag.

Die Betten und Bettwäsche waren sehr neu und äußerst komfortabel. Besonders angenehm war die Matratze mit optimaler Festigkeit, die nach einem langen Tag für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt hat. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes und ruhiges Hotel.

Es gab nichts Negatives.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es in Ordnung

Die Betten sind wirklich super bequem. Die Lage zum Millstätter See ist nahezu perfekt. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf meine Fragen im Vorfeld wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Super war auch, dass der Hund mit ins Hotel durfte.

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig abgelebt, was ok ist, da man auf den Fotos sieht, dass es nicht das neuste Hotel ist. Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können (Staub am Nachttisch, dunkle Flecken in der Dusche).

Er is een zwembad maar die is wel heel erg koud, 19 graden (juli) daardoor niet gebruikt. De Millstätter See is warmer :-). Badkamer is wel aan vernieuwing toe, maar werkt wel prima.

Erg eenvoudig hotel, rommelig grasveld bij zwembad. Versleten balkon tafel en stoeltje. Simpel ontbijt. Alles is uit de tijd van Franz Josef, maar wel kunststof ramen🤷‍♀️

Ein abgewohntes Hotel, das leider schlecht geführt wird.aber die Lage ist sehr schön

Der Ausblick auf den See war schön.

Überquellende Aschenbecher, überall um das Haus Verpackungsmüll und Kartons (es wird wohl renoviert), sehr abgewohnt alles, in jeder Ecke steht irgendeine verstaubte Deko, die überhaupt nicht zum Stil des Hauses passt, beim Frühstück war das Brot nicht frisch, der Obstsalat kam aus der Konserve, es gab nur Filterkaffee. Der Nusszopf sah aus als wäre er von Billa und er schmeckte auch so. Definitiv keine Bäckerware. Nichts gegen Aufbackbrötchen-aber diese waren nicht lang genug im Ofen… Das Personal war unordentlich gekleidet ( bis auf den Kellner) und sah auch teilweise ungepflegt aus. … Ich könnte noch viel mehr aufzählen. Das Haus hätte Potential, wird aber sehr unprofessionell renoviert. Nichts passt zusammen. Weder farblich noch vom Stil her.

(++) Großzügiger hoteleigener Parkraum direkt am Haus (++) Es war zwar während meiner Anwesenheit noch ein wenig zu kühl dafür, doch für Sommerabende stell' ich mir das äußerst nett vor: sehr einladende "Chill-Out"-Veranda rund um den Hauseingang mit jeder Menge Sitzmöglichkeiten (++) Großartig k&k-atmosphärischer Frühstücksraum mit äußerst aufmerksamem Personal (++) So kompaktes wie charmantes Einzelzimmer -- inklusive sehr bequemem Sessel und großzügig geschnittenem Balkon (+) Souveränes WLAN, solides Frühstück (+) Sehr gute Lage an Ortsrand und Hangfuß: In wenigen Schritten erreicht man man sowohl den See-Uferweg als auch bergweisende Pfade

(-) Zumindest rund um mein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk: äußerst hellhörige Unterkunft
