This Kiawah Island vacation rental is on the 2nd floor of a beachfront building and offers easy beach access. The villa offers a newly renovated kitchen and primary bathroom, three balconies and comfortable furnishings throughout. The living area features two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The fully equipped kitchen showcases white cabinetry, brand new stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for three. The dining table comfortably seats six and is a great place to enjoy meals with family and friends.
The primary suite offers a king bed, flat screen TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a new walk-in shower. A second bedroom features two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The villa is equipped with wireless internet. Community washers and dryers and an elevator are provided within the building.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards bike rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. Please note: Within the Shipwatch community, this credit is only valid for bike rentals.

Nicely updated property and well appointed kitchen! Location is everything, and you cannot find better: close to the beach and everything you need on Kiawah! We had an issue with the AC during our stay and the property manager handled it well. We had a great stay and hope to return!

The villa was as advertised. Lovely spot close to the beach and the walking trails. We enjoyed the sun deck in the property too (when the beach got a little breezy). Quiet, just a great spot.

Disappointed in view. No washer dryer in condo. Community laundry often busy. Did like easy beach access. Bathrooms with outdated showers. Dishwasher needs service.
