This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a deck overlooking the golf course and lagoon, and is about a 6-minute walk to the beach.
Walk in the front door and be welcomed by the beach-themed decor. The downstairs features wainscoting, shiplap, and hardwood floors. On the first floor, you will find the living room with comfortable furniture, TV, and views of the golf course. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and bar stool seating for 2. The dining room has seating for 6 and showcases beautiful views of the golf course.
The first-floor bedroom features a California king bed, TV, and private bathroom equipped with a tiled shower. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with lagoon and golf course views, a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with 2 sinks and a tiled shower. The third bedroom is perfect for kids and includes a twin bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a TV. There is also a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Cats are not permitted. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. The condo was amazing. We were there for the race and it was in the best location. Plenty of hot water for showers after and everyone had a bathroom which was so nice. The condo was clean and decorated really cute. It looked like a recent renovation because it was modern and beachy.

This is a very spacious, clean, well-appointed villa in Kiawah. Relevant to our stay, it was extremely close (5 min walk) to the marathon start/finish. Check-in/out was super easy and we all enjoyed it.

The rental was perfect for our family of seven. It was equipped with all kitchen needs and nice linens. An easy walk to the beach. Cougar Point Clubhouse is a three minute walk and convenient for a meal and a beautiful sunset view. We could not have had a better experience.
