This updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a private deck. The villa is about a 3-minute walk from the beach.
The living room offers comfortable seating for viewing the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The dining room features a table for six as well as access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and features dark countertops against white cabinetry and backsplash. A half bath is also located on the first floor.
The first-floor bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower. The second floor features two additional bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with double sinks and shower. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, TV, and bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Everything was great except for the fact the dryer does not work. It could be very expensive for owners to operate when you have to run multiple 80 minutes cycle to get a small load dry.

We had an excellent time staying at this Villa. Three generations and all very comfortable. Great location. Well supplied. We have stayed at multiple other properties and this is now our favorite. We will be regulars!

The location to the beach is great and the villa has nice updates. However, the kitchen floor was very spongy and could probably use a new subfloor, the door to the laundry room was coming off the hinges, and it was pretty dirty (VERY dusty and found dirty pans). Also, someone was working on the property throughout the week and we were never notified that this would be taking place.
